Crucero Pick up + Tour Valparaíso Viña del Mar Drop off en Hotel en Santiago

Getting in touch with the operator prior was difficult, they wouldn't return repeated messaging. Finally the night before we received confirmation. Our guide Omar was punctual and at the port for pick up in Valparaiso. The tour of Valparaiso was interesting and we enjoyed Vina del Mar. Omar adjusted the free time in Vina del Mar allotted to stop at a winery along the way to Santiago. Beautiful winery and stop, we appreciated the flexibility. For some reason as we left the city of Valparaiso, Omar and Sabastian (driver) visited the entire trip to Santiago in Spanish and there was little to no interaction or guidance of the country we traveled with us in the back seat. Even at the Winery we were left to talk to the operator who spoke a little English without any translation assistance. It was a bit awkward and left us feeling less than impressed with the overall experience, especially considering the price paid for a private tour. In our experiences the guide and their engagement makes such a huge difference in the outcome of any tour. Ours was friendly and helpful, just more robotic on ticking the boxes of the itinerary and getting the day done.

It was very good, we were picked up at the hotel, at the agreed time, the tour was good, very productive, Lyly even in Spanish we were able to understand everything she explained. I highly recommend, I bought the ride by Decolar.com, the driver dominates the road, careful. Congratulations.

Everything was fine until the return. The air conditioning of the van did not reach the final seats and the journey was a torture, aggravated by a congestion, in an unbearable heat. It was going bad on the last seat. It seems only the passengers in front were comfortable.

Alejandro and Gino were the best... They made us feel confident and we enjoyed the trip very much... 100 percent recommended.

Guide Sergio Rodríguez did, in my opinion, an excellent job on the tour to Valparaiso and Viña del Mar, making a good match with driver Christian Esquivel; both attentive to our needs and willing to clarify doubts. If given the opportunity, I would like to have your support again.

We were picked up in Valparaiso by driver Rafael and tour guide Maria and received a great tour enroute to our hotel in Santiago. Our first stop in Valparaiso was Pablo Neruda's house La Sebastiana, then continued on and took the funicular up Cerro Panteon with Maria. Gorgeous views from the top, and she walked us around the maze of streets, explaining the murals and art scene. Fortunately she knew the way and we met up with Rafael in Cerro Concepcion. Then drove to Vina del Mar and saw the Flower Clock, and the "moai" statue. As a special request, we then drove to the local football stadium. We proceeded to the Casablanca winery region and had an excellent lunch at Casas del Bosque before being dropped at our hotel in downtown Santiago. Great tour with Rafael and Maria, learned a lot and enjoyed our day very much.

The very friendly, trained and collaborating guide. However, the tour organization is not good. Valparaiso is very messy. They take you to Viña only 90 minutes and to a restaurant chosen by the guide, there are excellent restaurants on the beach.
