El Hohenzollernhaus es un emblemático monumento histórico situado en el corazón de Swakopmund, Namibia. Este impresionante edificio, que muestra una mezcla de arquitectura colonial alemana e influencias locales, es una visita obligada para cualquier amante de la historia o viajero que busque entender el patrimonio cultural único de la región. Aquí verás cientos de flamencos rosados vadeando en las aguas poco profundas, destacando sus colores vibrantes contra la laguna azul. Los fangos panorámicos también atraen a otras especies de aves como pelícanos y cormoranes.
Pasamos la Duna 7 cerca de Walvis Bay. Lamentablemente no subimos la duna solo tenemos tiempo para verla. Luego nos dirigimos a los flamencos y los lagos de sal rosa

Nos encontraremos con usted en nuestro Desert Dunes y Dust Tours Gazebo en la entrada del puerto en un crucero, nos pararemos en el puerto con tableros de nombres. Tenga en cuenta a todos los pasajeros de cruceros. Estamos en el puerto después de la primera puerta con un Gazebo que tiene nuestro logotipo puesto. Tenga en cuenta que su guía también estará con un tablero de nombres. Tenga en cuenta que todos los pasajeros del Crucero, su hora de recogida comienza una HORA después de que haya atracado. NO IMPORTA A QUÉ HORA ATRAQUES. El tour saldrá más tarde una hora y media después de la hora de selección. Llegar tarde se considera no presentarse.

The tour was very good and Andrew our guide was very informative and friendly. He went out of his way to ensure we had a good tour. He had to wait as there was a delay getting off the ship but this was no problem.

A personal tour with another couple and the guide. Interesting journey to the town on excellent roads through dunes area. The town has some fascinating old buildings and also a surprising number of luxury shops. On the way back we visited the salt pans and saw flamingos in the distance and a couple of pelicans by the side of the road. The guide was very informative and personable.

Riaan our tour guide was amazing- friendly, insightful and generous with his humour and attention. He made the tour our highlight of visiting Namibia. Swakopmund is an interesting place, with German architecture and culture overlaid with modern Namibian life. The dunes, flamingoes and beautiful water setting were also great to see. There are few places like it in the world and it is well worth a visit. Can highly recommend this tour!

Exceptional tour Ludwig was a great guide. His English was quite good explained a lot of things as we drove, was able to make personalized stops. Return to the ship at the time specified if we’re here on another cruise, we would gladly take the same tour.

This was a very good experience if you want to learn about Namibia and get a brief overview of what is around Walvis Bay. The pick up at the cruise terminal was a little muddled as the guide we had been told to look out for wasn't the one we went with. We started off with another guide, changed and were then told we were doing a different tour. However, on a further check, this was rectified and we were really happy with the tour. Vincent is a wonderful young man who is passionate about his hometown and is a great ambassador for Namibia. We had a fabulous few hours and were very fortunate with our travelling companions.
