- Esta actividad requiere un mínimo de dos participantes para que pueda continuar. Si no se alcanza el número mínimo de participantes, nos comunicaremos con usted con antelación para organizar una reprogramación
- Los huéspedes que no puedan utilizar las entradas debido a las malas condiciones climáticas, tendrán un mes desde la fecha de visita para reprogramar. No se emitirán reembolsos ni créditos.

The guide was friendly but the price was not worth the trip. Basically, you go out of the main harbour to a bigger shipping harbour in a speed boat. The guide/captain, does some ssss’s and figure 8’s at high speeds then stops for some pictures at a couple of islands. Then he takes you to a bay where large yachts are anchored, then back to the dock. All the while he recites history about the area. Dinner at the yacht club was ok.
Dear Sir, As explained during the briefing it’s a Guided Tour and it’s mentioned in the booking process. It’s not a private Tour and other passengers enjoyed this Guided tour. As you were saying you are a boater yourself and you wanted to see what is happening here in Singapore. Perhaps your expectations are high and we do what is best for our tours here in Singapore. Thank you.
Wee had initially understood that the boat will have an eat in session and the mention of speed boat scared us. However, we enjoyed every bit of the session and our Captain Max was soo friendly and very detailed in information. The speeding bit was also really enjoyable for us. The pictures and the videos of us and the sceneries of the islands were fantastic. We would surely do it again should we return. The dinner was served in the restaurant and it was also fantastic in taste and composition.

This was a trip for our nanny and her mom, a retiree who had worked for our family for over 20 years. This boat ride was supposed to be the highlight of the visit to Singapore. Inclement weather caused the organisers to cancel the boat ride. That was fine — it was no one’s fault. But what they did was to corral our nanny and mom together with other passengers, and forced them to eat dinner. Why did they corral my nanny and other passengers and force them to eat? Was it because they had profiled them as domestic workers? I initially asked to reschedule. I received no response. So we made other plans. Then, the day before the date i had suggested to reschedule, I got a call telling us that the trip was on. However, my nanny and her mom have since left Singapore. I asked about a partial refund, as the boat ride never happened. Max, who spoke to me in connection with this, yelled at me when I asked for the partial refund. He was rude, unreasonable, and downright abusive, talking over me and yelling that the tickets were non-refundable. Is it because I’m a woman? The lack of flexibility, understanding, and reasonableness, and the horrendous treatment I received when I wanted a reasonable partial refund, is wrong and unacceptable.
This is totally not True at all. We have already reported this customer immediately after she started being Vulgar to us to Viator customer service department. She called during dinner time and we were at a restaurant. We had to talk a bit louder even it was after our office hours. As she mentioned her guest are all adults, there is no where we forced them to eat. They were at A private club enjoying their own orders and they even told us that it’s a great idea to have their dinner since they are already here. . They took their own time to enjoy the surroundings and in no manner we treated them wrongly as mentioned. Her accounts are totally not true as she was not at the activity at all. When we told her all this, she started to be vulgar and we told her we will report this conversation accordingly. Just because she wants a refund and we do not agree to this, she gave a different version and a poor review.
The discrption of the tour is a bit inaccurate . It’s actually a 45minute speed boat ride (not cruise) and then you are delivered to a near by restaurant to have dinner and sent on your way. The current discription has left the assumption you will be on a gentle cruise and have dinner on board.
Hi it’s written clearly that you will go on the speed boat cruise and not a Yacht. The company name is YachtCruisesg. As mentioned the dinner is at a private restaurant and never mentioned it’s on the boat. Sorry if you have read it incorrectly. As a goodwill, we offered you the opportunity to cancel and refund this but you wanted to proceed with this. We have not misled anyone here as the other reviews speak for itself. Captain Max was super informative and the boat was very new, clean, cozy and safe. The duration was just nice and we manage to catch sunset. Dining at the exclusive bistro was another experience, less crowd and no rush. Staffs was really friendly and helpful. Definitely worth a try and worth the money.

This Cruise and Dine Adventure is really Must Do attractions here in Sentosa! From the Safety Briefing to having our dinner, it was amazing. Yes not forgetting Captain Max, He's the one who really knows his stuff! Kuddos!
