Solo quédese en el barco cuando atraque en el muelle de Kehrsiten-Bürgenstock, para el regreso inmediato a Lucerna. Los aperitivos y bebidas se pueden comprar en una máquina expendedora a bordo.

The lake is very beautiful and is a must-visit if you’re planning to visit Lucerne. The luxury boat was a lovely bonus during our walk by the lake.
This was such a delightful tour. The experience of a lifetime. Calming waters of Lake Lucerne, and the surroundings was wonderful.
This a shuttle, not a cruise! I would not recommend it for anybody that wants to do a nice circle around a part of the lake
We were glad to finally board after successfuly buying a one hour return cruise from Luzern. Sadly the hour was boring. No recorded message from a tourist guide. No provision on board for cold beverage, snacks even. No more one hour "cruises" for us.
This is a ferry. There is a modest discount. It’s a pleasant way to see the lake, but nothing special. Would recommend seeing the lake as part of a visit to Rigi, Pilatus or one of the other sites.
I believe Tripadvisor sold this as an excursion, but it was literally just a 25 minute boat ride to a resort, a vending machine with drinks and snacks, and a 25 minute boat ride back. There was no Guide, but it was gorgeous and nice to be on water in Lucerne.
Would be more enjoyable if you familiarized yourself with the local landmarks beforehand so you know what you’re seeing. One hour felt a bit too short.

The boat tour did not have any commentary or information during the cruise. The Catamaran is very nice. BUT people should know that this tour is covered FREE with a Swiss Rail Pass or by hotels in the area who provide a free pass for buses, cruises. So we paid for a tour with Viator which was free with our passes. Viator should warn you when booking. Very disappointed.

As stated in the program description, this cruise is a scenic round trip designed to let guests enjoy the beautiful views and does not include commentary via loudspeaker or similar announcements. Starting next summer, we will once again offer our Panorama Cruise with an audio guide. We would be delighted to welcome you on board again for that experience. That is correct, this cruise is included free of charge with the Swiss Travel Pass. However, hotels do not provide complimentary tickets. As a Swiss Travel Pass holder, we recommend checking directly with the respective providers to see whether other excursions or services are included or available at a reduced rate with the Swiss Travel Pass. Please contact Viator Customer Care and provide them with a copy of your Swiss Travel Pass. They will then get in touch with us so that we can review whether a refund can be issued.
