Totally unorganized and the eating arrangements were horrible. It was a free for all and no one told us when or how to get our food.
Decent food - SO hot we wanted to jump off the boat - waaaay too long (the boat just went back and forth on the same part of the river for what seemed like 25 times), drinks expensive.
We had a lovely experience! The food was good, the views were lovely, and the staff friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!
The trip started out wonderfully, with a comfortable minibus picking us up at our hotel. The 45 minute guided tour provided a good overview of the main sites in Prague. The boat was clean and modern. Once we were on the ship things started to go downhill. It was a warm evening and the boat got uncomfortably hot for our group of 8, with the sun beating through the glass. We thought the air would start when the boat started moving. After about an hour, the situation hadn’t improved. I asked the bartender if the air wasn’t working. He said the boat didn’t have air conditioning. We were still in June. I asked what they do in July and August. He said, “sweat.” The buffet was adequate. However, the fruit tray was basically empty. I asked if it would be refilled and they said no. I hadn’t even had desert yet. All things said, it was a hugely disappointing trip and not worth the money.
The boat and staff were very welcoming and sat us to our table. We left on time and enjoyed some amazing views and food on board. Highly recommend to go for the 7pm slot for this amazing event.
Tourist trap! Better quality food means less waste. We learn more in our simple guide book than with the guide. Disappointing
Very nice setting, good food and live music. Classy not a party boat. We really enjoyed it. Three hour was perfect length.
A fun experience and the views of Prague from the water are genuinely spectacular, especially as the city lights up in the evening. The live music added a nice atmosphere, and the buffet was decent enough, plenty of variety and some vegetarian options, though no vegetarian protein to speak of. The queues at the buffet were a little long. At around £80 per person, with drinks not included, it's not cheap. It's one of those things you do once for the experience and don't regret. Just factor in the drinks cost when budgeting. A solid way to see Prague from a different angle. Just don't go hungry expecting a feast.
Nice boat experience. The boat did three laps along the waterfront, the last one was after dark so you could enjoy the lights. Food was decent, though limited for gluten free. There is a nice viewing area with seating on the top deck. Service was good and staff polite and helpful. It was as expected. Thank you
The boat itself was fine - not the newer ones in their fleet, but still fine. Food was nice enough, and the crew were pleasant. All was fine until the band started up... the guitarist was actually pretty good, but the singer was constantly off-key - mostly flat, but also some pretty sharp moments. It was quite painful to be subjected to that for hours, mere feet from our table. Eventually we had to go upstairs (where everyone was smoking - so not very pleasant) just to get away from the awful singing.
