Wonderful experience cooking on the boat and the food was delicious. Great show as well! The tower is far and you need a taxi to get to it. Youre not dropped off in front of it. Tower was nice as well.
Boats are not air conditioned. The inside is hot and muggy and made worse by 40-50 people using gas burners to make their own Hotpot. The food is just okay 3/5. The overall score would be better with some consideration for the heat and humidity.
Overpriced and horrible service. Im deathly allergic to tofu and they dont ask or have other options as everything is prepared in advance. I asked them to take the plate away because it made me uncomfortable and they refused. I paid for 5 of us almost $600 and couldnt eat a thing so I requested a refund for my dinner via tripadvisor and both refused. Last time i

We had an amazing experience riding an authentic Japanese boat and participating in a tea ceremony. Our guide YoYo was fantastic, and the musician playing the national instrument along with the wonderful singer Mao added a beautiful touch to the experience. We truly enjoyed every moment of it! Thank you!!!!
Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re delighted to hear that you had such an amazing experience aboard our traditional Japanese boat. Yoyo will be thrilled to hear your kind words, and we’ll be sure to share your compliments with Mao and our shamisen performer as well. Thank you for joining us, and we’re so happy you enjoyed every moment. We hope to welcome you back again in the future!
The food is delicious! You will have to take your shoes off so if you are wearing sandals you may want to bring socks. I selected this for the tea ceremony option and it wasn’t a part of our experience so that was confusing but regardless we had a lovely time.
Thank you so much for your kind review! 😊 We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the delicious food and had a lovely time with us. Thank you as well for sharing the helpful tip about bringing socks. We’re sorry for the confusion regarding the tea ceremony option, and we truly appreciate your feedback. We’ll use it to help make our experience descriptions clearer for future guests.
Overhyped and overpriced . Avoid at all costs. Dinner is mediocre, music is boring , very short ride and night time bridges not lit up or worth looking at. Wish we hadn’t done this.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that the experience did not meet your expectations. We regret that you were disappointed with the dinner, entertainment, and cruise, and we're sorry that the nighttime scenery was not what you had hoped for. Please allow us to share one detail regarding the bridge illumination. In Tokyo, the Rainbow Bridge is typically illuminated about 30 minutes after sunset. During the summer months, sunset occurs much later in the evening, so guests on earlier cruises may not have the opportunity to see the bridge fully lit. We’re sorry that this affected your experience and that you were unable to enjoy the night view as expected. We truly value your honest comments and will share your feedback with our team as we continue working to improve the experience we provide. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to serve you, and we wish you all the best in your future travels.
Despite the rain, the cruise was great! Sheila was a delight, attentive, and friendly while pointing out the sites and playfully questioning us on our Japanese history. The food was delicious and plentiful. Also enjoyed the musical entertainment. Tip for your taxi driver: the entrance, up the ramp, is the first stop after the bridge.
Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re delighted to hear that you had a great time despite the rain. Sheila will be so happy to hear your kind words about her friendly hospitality and fun way of sharing Japanese history. We’re also glad you enjoyed the delicious food and musical entertainment. Thank you for sharing the helpful taxi tip with future guests, and we hope to welcome you back again soon!
Excellent fun night for something easy and kooky to do in Tokyo. Well organised and a bit of fun! Karen is a hoot!
Thank you so much for your awesome review! We’re so glad you had such a fantastic and fun-filled night with us.
If you have issues with your back, getting in and out of your seat is very difficult. It was also a bit difficult to find the metic point. The food was good and the views from the middle of the bay were worth the trip.

We also noticed that you had trouble finding our meeting point. We will definitely improve our guidance and provide clearer directions to help future guests avoid such issues. We are truly delighted that you enjoyed the delicious food and stunning bay views, which made your trip worthwhile.
