Nice dining experience over the Thames. Lovely to see London in the night . Great variety of drinks and menus.
Don’t book with them, no ice no cold water no veg options. It was a not a good experience. The cruise was nice, but being booked with Viator they have given us a hard time as we have some family member vegetarian. We advise them but at booking time they don’t have option to select the meal plan.
The dinner cruise was nice. However, I would only rank at a seven out of 10 as I’ve been on other dinner cruises and it’s been a little bit more fancier as far as product and presentation goes. What I found was weird was they had to pull up alongside another cruise ship of their company and that other cruise ship delivered our evening meal. Not sure why the evening meal wasn’t already prepared on our boat to begin with, but nonetheless it was. As far as the food goes, food was very good not huge portions, but certainly didn’t leave you hungry. Just be aware that you have to pay for sodas, coffee, and any alcoholic beverages for this cruise. Again, I give it a seven out of 10 not sure if there’s other companies that do a better job or make it a little bit more unique fancier, or romantic, one would just have to check into that.

It is a lovely cruise and nice boat. However the food is average, if not poor and the service terrible. Definitely not value for money. Could of taken a scenic boat for far less.
I was looking for perfect dinner to celebrate of our 25th Anniversary. We had perfect weather, amazing company as we met another couple. Great dinner, drinks and music on the boat. When we were returning sun was setting just perfectly for us to see some amazing lights of London shoreline on Thames river.
A great experience the views were great, the food was lovely. The staff on board were polite and helpful.
Our server on the ship was less than satisfactory. We’ve walked away with a higher wine Bill simply because the wine wasn’t available that we wanted. We were served later than other guests. Never given Coffee and had to prompt for the main course. Such as shame because all the other staff looked like they were attending to their customers very well. The Singer was great, and in practice this boat trip should be amazing. We were one of the very unfortunate couples that were left with no food on time and poor customer service.
I was a bit disappointed with the cruise. Here’s the things that happened. We sat down and were handed menus. I was told to pick a meal and drinks. The waiter came back and got our drink orders but never came back for our food order. Another waiter brought us our drinks. All of a sudden, the first course arrived, then the main meal (chicken). We had paid for the upgrade so I would assume I got a choice between the three options. Nope (chicken). Our waiter spent half the time chatting with a waitress so we only put one drink order in. All of the other dinner cruises I’ve done will let you know over the loudspeaker when you go by a landmark. Nothing from the boat. Have no idea what we sailed past. The food was good and we were treated well.
