Good food and a fun atmosphere. The boat pilot really went out of their way to be close by landmarks and beautiful things to look at while eating. Our waitress was excellent and very personable.
Great food and nice music. The staff was very friendly. Great views of the harbor as well. The boat was well air conditioned.
Other than not clear meeting location to where to go to board and once there no clear signs to get to boat it was great
We were disappointed The food was mediocre. There is no commentary about the sights. Music was load and hard to talk over. Other than the hum of the boat we could have been at a restaurant. I am disabled and I had to go up and down two sets of steps which was difficult when i could have just been directed to the upper deck for dinner and then been able to go to the outside deck. Prepare to eat with people you do not know but there are tables for two at the windows but I don’t know how you get assigned to those
Nice dinner cruise but the parking situation has changed a lot. I think they need better signs to help people who are visiting. The food was delicious and the entertainment was explosive. She sung all our favorite songs and she sounded amazing. Great customer service also.

The app is complicated and confusing. I booked a cruise about a month early, was notified the my payment failed a few days before our trip, got on the app and it forced me to rebook. When I did that, it booked me for that day, 120 miles away for Charleston. I had to get on the phone with the cruise line and Viator support to get it all corrected. I could never find a phone number for Viator support! Last, I tried to download my voucher for the cruise tickets and it was very difficult to figure out what the click on! Just put a damn tab tab that says click here! Keep it simple stupid and stop bombarding people who book threw you, with ads while they are traveling to the event

Weather was crappy. That did not help. Food was mediocre and nothing was hot, it was barely warm. Disappointing.

It’s fun . But can be warm When the sun is up on the boat, it can be warm before the boat sales it cools off effort sales, but be ready for it to be warm

Not suited for handicap. Lower deck is the dining area. Hard stairs going down. Worse going up and out. The air conditioner was no working on a hot summer day. Very uncomfortable. Patrons were fanning with the menu.

Everything was very nice…food, drinks, atmosphere, music, AIR CONDITIONING!! The service was great. Portions were perfect. Add ons for drinks and dessert was minimal. Certainly recommend!
