We recently returned home from a cruise where we went to Kuza for the first time. I had high hopes for it being wonderful. We go to Cozumel approximately three times a year and wanted something new. I was so bummed to find out you had to pay extra for a hamburger at the water park. How is that possible when we paid $100 each to get in? I ordered a quesadilla and it was very cold and hard yet it was 9:30 in the morning. It was just sitting there stacked three rows high. My family realized we had to take a tram just to eat at the restaurant (Huge disappointment. We are used to being waited on in our beach chairs). By the time all was said and done we did not even have a chance to eat at the restaurant since our time there seemed so brief. I tried to order a bloody mary at the beach but was going to be charged. It is an all-inclusive day pass. Why charge me for the drink? I decided to do a White Russian. Our waiter said they do not have that. I settled for wine. NOPE. What a let down. Catching a tram to head back was an experience I do not want to have to go through again. I thought three fights were going to break out since there was no method to the madness of who was actually first, second, etc. in line. Cursing and yelling ensued, and we had kids with us. I reached out to Kuza, but was not responded to. Definitely will not be going back to Kuza.
Arranged own taxi (surprise) but really more efficient than the bus. Arrived early. Food both at water park and beach was disappointing. Not hot. Not fresh. Bathrooms at water park needed attention and floors were slick. Sergio was nice Even fresh quesadilla were bland and even though made to order were terrible nothing was fresh or tasty.

The facility was great, transportation from the beach to the waterpark was slow, the food and drinks were subpar. The buffet was lacking in favorites for the younger kids to eat. The mixed drinks seemed watered down as to be expected from this type of resort. Our cruise ship left the port early that day so we didn't seem to spend enough time there. The zipline feature was included but we didn't have time to participate, maybe the costs should be broken down to not include everything available. We will probably try another place the next time we are in Cozumel.

The visit here was very good, if you have plenty of time to experience all the park has to offer. We visited as part of a cruise stop and could not take advantage of all the activities we would have liked. If you don't have major time constraints, this is a great way to enjoy Cozumel.

The beach is fantastic. Everyone is sure to get an umbrella on the beach and drinks were unlimited and served well. The park was not too crowded. The golf cart service from main gate to beach and vice versa was very convenient. The drawbacks - it’s one of the farthest from the cruise terminal. Our ship was docked at Punta Langosta and it was a 30 min drive to the resort. The food was not up to the mark . Hardly any vegetarian or vegan options were available. Also the Buffett area cube kept cleaner. But overall a good place to spend your day.

We booked the Kuza Beach & Adventure Park shore excursion through our Celebrity cruise. What was sold as a cultural tour turned out to be a series of aggressive sales stops, capped off by what I can only describe as deliberate price manipulation. At the tequila and chocolate “farm tour,” our party was split into two groups for tasting and sales. I purchased their most expensive Extra Añejo for $300, with a flavored espresso tequila cocktail included as a “gift.” I later learned from my own family members who were placed in the other group that the SAME Extra Añejo was offered to them at $200, then bundled WITH the same cocktail for $250 — and when their group hesitated, an additional 10% discount was thrown in, bringing the identical bundle down to $225. I paid $300 for exactly the same thing, in the same building, on the same tour, at the same time. This is not haggling culture. This is not a market stall. This was a structured, guided excursion where the vendor charged different groups different prices for identical products — clearly probing what each group would tolerate. I also purchased a propolis spray ($45) and eye drops ($35), and after this experience I have zero confidence those prices were legitimate either. The tour structure itself was a bait-and-switch: the “downtown tour” was essentially a shopping stop for jewelry and leather goods, and the tequila/chocolate “farm” was a sales operation. Because so much time was consumed by these selling sessions, our actual beach time — the part we booked this excursion for — was cut drastically short.

Kuza was absolutely beautiful. The beach was 3,000 feet long, didn’t have to worry about being directly on top of everyone. The food was good at the buffet, the zip line was also a unique experience. Waterslides were fun, lazy river was nice as well. My only complaint was that the bar staff was very slow, especially at the pool. The drinks were very watered down and took at least 15 minutes to get to you, even when not busy.

They OVER CHARGED US BY DOUBLE - AND WE CAN NOT GET ANYONE TO REPLY OR ANSWER PHONE - WE ARE OUT $299.32 !!! Go to Sanchos or Paradise Beach - MUCH BETTER FOOD AND POOL - and you don't get scammed !!!!

The park is nice and the beach is too. We did the zip line and I felt very safe with the staff, who were friendly. What I would improve is the quality of the food.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing experience at KUZA Beach & Adventure Park! The beach access was beautiful, with plenty of comfortable chairs and umbrellas available so we could relax and enjoy the day. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. A special shoutout to our waiter, who provided outstanding service by bringing our drinks right to us on the beach. It made our day even more relaxing and enjoyable! If you’re looking for a beautiful beach with excellent service, KUZA Beach & Adventure Park is definitely worth a visit. We can’t wait to come back!
