Tour de escapada a la isla de Coron (Tour compartido)

You only spend 3.5 hours at the beaches, the remaining 4.5 hours are on the boat. We were a group of 14, 3 pairs of travelers and a large group of 8. The guide only really paid attention to the large group. The islands were ok if you like sitting on the beach, but this isn't the right tour for those who are more active.

Attention!!! two different travel agencies deceived us badly. 1.trip B, the organizer told us in the morning that we will be on the same boat with others who have paid for another trip, so we can rent a kayak so we don't have to wait for others. She said the price of the kayak is 200php for two, 250php for three. We agreed. In the end, there wasn't much where to use a kayak, they changed the whole trip, and she asked 1000php for one kayak. We had booked a 2nd trip to three beaches. in the morning, the organizer told us that he would make two changes. There was a strong wind and waves, so half way he decided to turn back for safety. Ok, but he should have known before he loaded us that the weather was not suitable for a 2-hour cruise. So we came back wet hungry and freezing and he only refunded us half the price!!!

With this tour we had a two hour boat trip out to the first location and a two hour journey back at the end. However, the day wasn't as rushed as the previous tour we went on. It wasn't as interesting either other than when I came face to face with a black tipped shark while snorkeling!

Great escapade. Great crew. Away from the crowds you find in other popular tours. The beach are amazing and we get to stay about 90 minutes or more on each of them. Instead of 30 min as it happens in other tours that make tiresome to get off and on the boat quite so often.

I called the tour supplier to confirm if the tour was still confirmed since it was raining. They told me yes and the driver was on the way. We waited at our hotel for an hour. Then I texted them again and then they said the tour was cancelled. Like what? You say one thing and then another? Customer service refuses to give me partial refund. Very unprofessional.
