Excellent tour with Manuela the guide. Very clear.
This tour was fine, but not exceptional. Nothing bad to say about the guide - she was great. Having the tour provided in multiple languages, however, (4 on my trip, split into 2 guides after the bus) meant we were standing around waiting for long explanations to be provided in different languages. We could have seen and experienced a lot more if there had been a single language per tour guide. None of us liked the food in the restaurant recommended by the guide for lunch. It had Antiqua in the name. Go elsewhere. Honestly, it felt like a long ride for a short experience. I would probably try a different tour next time.
Hi, thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We took notes of the comments you shared with us and we will be reviewing them with our staff to ensure your voice is being heard. Kind regards.
I would not have made the stop in Carmona, which for heaven's sake is of historical interest, but it steals that little bit of stop time from wonderful Cordoba. Veronica and Maria are wonderful guides!!!!!
the guide Natasha was very enthusiastic
We took a day trip from Sevilla to Cordoba, and while there were some real positives, a few organizational issues held the experience back. Our guide Martina was knowledgeable and easy to enjoy. She clearly knew the history of Cordoba well and Veronica made the mosque/cathedral tour engaging. The first set of headphones for that tour was dead, but she and the team worked quickly to swap them out with minimal disruption. Unfortunately, the trip got off to a rough start. Even though we arrived 15 minutes before departure and had already checked in, we were nearly left behind. There were several tours departing around the same time, and the company never announced which group was leaving when. We were sitting right in the lobby, but our group left without us regardless. The staff had to call the bus and ask them to wait for us to catch up. On the way back, the air conditioning on the bus was broken, making for an uncomfortably warm ride home after a long day of sightseeing. Additionally, we had two language groups on our tour. For the mosque/cathedral, this made the experience feel rushed since the guide had to explain everything twice, and we were clearly running out of time. We’ve been on other tours where they provide multiple guides (one for each language) which is a better experience. Overall, the guides were great and worked hard to provide a good experience, but the company’s logistics need improvement — better communication about departures and properly functioning equipment would go a long way.
Hi, thank you very much for your feedback. We're sorry but during the check-in process our staff always give our guests stickers with colors indicating which group they belong to and a card with the name of the guides. Also, every guide before departing our facilities call all the bookings by their names to make sure they follow the correct guide. Kind regards from Sevilla.
It was a nice tour and an extraordinary trip led by Carmen, our guide, and Manuel, the transport operator. Very good and with perfect timing.
When they say that it is the people who make the difference! And when you do something not just to make ends meet! A simply wonderful experience! Thanks to the guide who welcomed us and accompanied us to discover Córdoba with a truly contagious passion and enthusiasm. Her name is Veronica and she is a very well-prepared person, a deep connoisseur of the history and culture of the city of Córdoba, but what struck me most of all was her way of telling it: engaging, passionate, and authentic. Thanks to her words, her stories, and her love for this city, she managed to make me see Córdoba with completely different eyes and, above all, to make me love it. Veronica, a guide capable of conveying emotions, not just information. And this makes all the difference in the world. Kind, helpful, and truly special. Five stars are not enough for her: if you want to get to know Córdoba and truly fall in love with it, ask for and entrust yourselves to her. An experience I will carry with me for a long time!
We took a train from Seville to Cordoba for a day trip and start our walk tour from world famous Mezquita Cathedral, after that we move towards charming cobblestone streets of Jewish Quarter, then we will go to historic Roman Bridge which is an iconic landmark of the city , There is a Islamic museum situated at the tower from where you can have the gorgeous views of the city while explore rich history, culture, and vibrant atmosphere inside the eight rooms of the museum.Cordoba is one of Andalusia's most beautiful and historic cities in Spain. We definitely recommend everyone to visit Cordoba if you are in Spain.
This tour offers a very good balance between sightseeing and diving deep enough in the history of the area, and also the interaction between the different cultures and spreading over different periods of time. Our Tour Guide Maria really did an amazing job mixing it together in an interesting way. She constantly made the connections between the history and the monuments we were seeing at the time. She is truly a wealth of knowledge and extremely nice person. We highly recommend this tour without reservation.
Carmen and Adrian were wonderful guides! They knew all the history and gave us cool recommendations for shopping
