Usamos una herramienta antigua y tradicional para hacer espaguetis, llamada en Verona, bigoli.Amasaremos y prepararemos la masa para pasta como en la antigüedad. Cocinaremos y prepararemos la masa en un hermoso ático en la planta superior y luego cocinaremos y comeremos en una cocina antigua en un ambiente agradable y cálido. Obtuve la certificación italiana HACCP al más alto nivel para la seguridad de alimentos y bebidas.

We had an amazing cooking class with Anna. Traditional Italian cooking in a friendly atmosphere and welcoming home, with beautiful 360 views of Verona. An unforgettable experience! The food was delicious and also the wine. Thank you so much Anna - we will be back!
Really fun and educational class! We made bigoli and fettuccine. It was delicious. We are looking forward to doing the pizza cooking class!
Truly an authentic experience. Anna speaks both German and English, and really makes you feel like family. This is something that cannot be recreated in a commercial kitchen, she will tell you exactly how it's supposed to be done, and is very generous. There will be a lot of food, and wine, and when you leave it will feel like you have just visited your own relative.

It was a lot of fun, Anna explained everything in a very good German and with the other guests we had a very good harmonious troupe. Very delicious the food, good experience, anytime again.

Anna's cooking experience is great, we had a lovely time and she was very welcoming. Her English was excellent and we had some interesting conversations. The food was delicious, and she gave us lots of tips and help throughout our time with her. Would definitely recommend!!

Had the most amazing time with Anna cooking two delicious pastas from Scratch : spinach ricotta ravioli and tomato , chilli fettuccini . She was an excellent teacher - very patient and talking us through every step even when we clogged up the pasta machine 😂she also catered to my lactose intolerance needs - providing almond based dessert which was very kind of her . Her house is beautiful- rustic , Italian home with views of the Verona countryside. Would highly recommend taking her class!

Anna is exceptional. We wanted a very personalized cooking class, where we could get a great experience with my wife, my daughter and her friend. Anna, has a terrific kitchen area in her home and we got just what we were looking for: we learned a lot not only about how to make excellent dishes but also a terrific evening with a wonderful chef.
