Abdou was lovely, very inviting and amiable. The food was fresh and the Tagines we made were delicious.

We had a really good experience with this cooking class and only can recommend it. Abdou learned us how to make a very good Tajine. He informed us about the spices, the herbs and the ingredients in general. It was really nice to cook and talk with him. He also teached us a bit of the arabic language. Thank you!

Simply brilliant! We had a great time with Abdou, everything was correctly explained, the ingredients were of quality. We ate several tajines during our stay but none were as good as those cooked during the cooking class. I recommend this course to you 100%.

This cooking class was absolutely wonderful! We had a chance to create a wonderful meal with expert guidance from the chef. He also included some historical and social learning about food and culture in Morocco. We had plenty of time to talk about our experiences and try the food we had made. Friendly moment. Abdou is a passionate and exciting animator. His sister Fatima in the shadows makes all the preparations. You learn through cooking a little culture and local history. It was delicious.
