PASTA LARGA y TIRAMISÚ: Lunes - Miércoles - Viernes PASTA CORTA y TIRAMISÚ: Martes - Jueves - Sábado A través de este curso te introduciremos en el mundo de la pasta casera. Con nosotros aprenderás el antiguo arte de hacer la masa y las principales preparaciones tradicionales, desde los espaguetis hasta la pasta corta. Aprenderás a elaborar recetas tradicionales y atemporales. Te enseñaremos cómo extender la pasta utilizando una máquina para hacer pasta manual para obtener resultados excepcionales. También te revelaremos los secretos de un plato de pasta con salsa perfecto. Cerraremos el curso con un clásico italiano casero: el Tiramisú. Juntos haremos las cremas y montaremos el postre desde cero. Lo que elabores con tus propias manos durante el curso lo podrás degustar con vinos típicos de la zona, como el Bardolino Classico y el Chiaretto. ¡Ven a nuestra casa, respira el ambiente de la cocina italiana y llévala contigo para impresionar a tus invitados!

Excellent time. Great instructors/chefs....very entertaining and the food was absolutely delicious. They were patient and discussed the process and why we were doing each task and how it would effect the food.
Regular visitors to Lake Garda we thought we had done it all, but this unique and fun filled class in Pasta and Tiramisu taught us lessons in more ways than one. The experience from start to end was a delight, our hosts offering us a fun filled experience. Starting with the finish we made the simple but original Tiramisu... a portion large enough to share though thankfully I didn't have to. We were then gently guided in the fine art of making egg pasta dough, which had the potential for 100s of dishes including the delicious Spaghetti we enjoyed on the day. The class was suitable for all ages and skills (as my long suffering Husband discovered ) with the laughter and learning interspersed with a few cheeky glasses of wine. Our class was a mix of couples, family groups and ladies who liked a bit of fun, the perfect mixture! I would strongly recommend this experience for anyone who loves fun, food and learning new things, our hosts never tired of my questions, delighing in our thirst for knowledge.
We were in Lake Garda last week for a holiday and my partner found this class beforehand as a birthday present for me. It was only an hour drive from where we were staying and it was DEFINITELY worth it! The class was expertly delivered with Ivan and Mirco and we had an amazing time learning, participating and then most importantly…eating!!! Ivan was an excellent teacher and as much as I’d like to take credit for the pasta and tiramisu that we created, it was all down the the hard work and teaching abilities of both Ivan and Mirco. The whole class was fun, engaging and delicious and we’d definitely do it again if we were back in the area!
Myself and my 6 year old daughter came to do this cookery class and we had the most lovely morning ever! The place was so gorgeous, and every little detail was thought of. It really was an exceptionally led and planned experience. I was a bit nervous that my daughter would find it difficult to follow or she wouldnt ve interested but i couldnt be more wrong! My little girl absolutely loved making both the tiramisu and the pasta - trying the different pasta shapes, as did i! We had our pasta and tiramisu with some local wine after - it really was the highlight of our trip. Thank you so much for your kindness and patience!

Very well organised, professional with good humour and it was fun, felt very relaxed, would thoroughly recommend, the chef, very informative about pasta, loved the tiramisu and the wine, great venue.
Very wonderful and unique experience. The instructors, Silvia and Mirko were very nice and made the experience super fun and easy with their many helpful tips. They also sent us the recipes and photos. Highly recommended experience.
