Una clase práctica de cocina en un palacio del siglo XVII. Esta clase compartida comienza en el mercado local de comida romana donde comprará ingredientes con el chef. Luego diríjase a la escuela de cocina, situada en un palacio detrás de la encantadora Piazza Navona. Usted será recibido con bebidas y antipasti. El chef le enseñará a cocinar un menú clásico italiano de cuatro platos en una cocina de última generación: ‘Primi piatti’ un plato de pasta, ‘Secondi piatti’ un plato principal, ‘Contorni’ una guarnición, y un delicioso ‘dolce’, ¡el postre! La clase se reunirá en un impresionante comedor del siglo XVII con un techo fresco para comer lo que preparó con vinos locales. Una experiencia memorable de medio día en Roma.

My wife and I did this cooking class. Our instructor was Davide. This was easily one of the best experiences we have done while away on vacation. Chef was extremely knowledgable, fun to be with, and make the class enjoyable from every aspect. The food was absolutely fantastic.

This was such a great experience! So far it has been the best meal we have had, and the best part was that we made it. David was great showing us around the market while we got supplies and then walking us through how to make each dish. If you have a free afternoon and a ant a great meal then this is for you! Come hungry the portions are more then generous 😁

This was a great cooking class! Starting with the tour in the market to gather the items with Roberto, to working in a great kitchen set up, I couldn't have asked for a better event. It was exactly as described. Roberto was a very easy going teacher and fun. We made a great 3 course meal that's easy enough to do at home. I definitely recommend this!

Chefs Marco and crew were terrific! Thanks for a memorable day. They went out of their way to connect us to a fine local wine trip outside of Rome for a couple days later and we truly appreciated the efforts they made on our behalf.

This cooking class was a highlight of our trip. We got to meet a young chef, Sara. She had us decide what to cook. Then we walked through the market to pick out some of the ingredients, the meats and such. Then we went back to their excellent small group kitchen. We had a wonderful time learning from Sara. She taught us to make ravioli and saltimbocca and tiramisu. It was fun and relaxed and extremely delicious. We thought the whole experience was splendid. 10 out of 10.

The chef asked us what we wanted to learn to cook. He was very easy to understand, He made it fun. We were served delicious snacks and drinks between lessons, The kitchen space is really nice. Highly recommend.
