Nabil was a great! Full of fun and great information.
Bob was amazing and so knowledgeable! He made our visit to the city enjoyable!
Started my tour with Bob accompanied by a couple and a group of four others. Definitely don’t eat before coming on this tour. We had prosciutto and cheese bread, cappuccinos or tea and properly-made cannolis (stuffed to order), Italian sandwiches (they were able to cater to nut allergies and gluten-free needs on the tour) and finally a big slice of pizza. And along the way we got tons of info from Bob on some stops along the Freedom Trail, stories about a couple of our Founding Fathers and a couple famous criminals, advice on places to grab dinner and he even gave us some architecture lessons. He made the experience quite fun and was really knowledgeable and passionate about his city. After the Food Tour portion, the rest left and I ended up the only one for the History portion of the tour. Private tour for the win! Bob was happy to take pictures, make a quick souvenir stop, and tell me SO much about the areas of the city we walked through. We even made a nice little rest stop in Boston Commons. I really feel like I learned as much as could be learned in the time I had about this city where so much of our country’s history had its roots.
Nabil our tour guide was exceptional. He was kind, courteous, knowledgable and very patient and attentive to the groups demographic and questions asked. Walking around the different areas was unique, informative and made learning fun. Thoroughly enjoyable day eating and walking thru the different areas. Great day!
Olivia was fantastic!! She was very very knowledgeable and enthusiastic! We loved it!!
Olivia is so great and fun we really enjoy the trip!
My wife surprised me with a North End food and history tour for Father’s Day. The variety and quality of food was amazing. Nabil, our guide, was knowledgeable and personable, sharing local lore and insights about the places we stopped and the history of the area in general. I felt like we were VIPs, Nabil had a rapport with the staff at all the stops- we skipped lines, had dual tour guides as they worked seamlessly with him, and he took the time to understand what interested us most and it felt like he tailored the information he shared to what we wanted.
We LOVED our tour through the North End with Nabil. He seamlessly wove the history in with our (delicious) food stops. Giving us not only the history of the area, but the specific history of the locally owned businesses we toured. This tour felt perfectly balanced: the food stops with the historical stops, ample opportunities for rest/sitting if needed and access to restrooms. After researching MANY Boston food tours, I am very pleased we went with Intrepid and were paired with Nabil. While with Nabil on our semiprivate small group tour we saw a few of the other tours that were on my list and that just confirmed we made the right choice. He asked about us and our interests, and gave us personalized points of interest in the city to visit after the end of the tour and gave us easy to follow directions. We will definitely use Intrepid for our next tour and tell all our friends about our experience- and hope they are paired with Nabil as well.
Olivia was the best host, told us so much about the tour. The food was amazing. Would recommend Olivia and the tour
Lexie was a wonderful and personable guide whose knowledge of history really enhanced the experience!
