The guide assigned to your tour was an English-speaking guide. Inside the vehicle, he provided translated audio explanations, and outside the vehicle he used written explanations to assist you. However, we sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding and for any inconvenience this may have caused during your tour. Your comfort and satisfaction are very important to us.
