AVOID this company at all cost if you want to see the colosseum! We booked in advance and they changed our time a couple weeks before with no explanation. Luckily we were able to accommodate but then our tour guide didn’t have the right license to go into the colosseum so we were stranded on our own. Very unprofessional and they hardly gave us any money back!

The schedule adjustment was necessary due to Colosseum ticket availability, and we informed all affected guests as soon as possible. Your guide was fully licensed; however, recent unannounced changes in how certain licenses are handled at the Colosseum resulted in entry being unexpectedly denied. To acknowledge the disruption, we’ve issued a partial refund, and we are actively working to ensure this situation does not happen again. We sincerely apologize once more and greatly appreciate your feedback, which helps us improve and prevent similar issues in the future!
