We rented for an 8 hour period and it was a great way to see everything we wanted in Da Lat. Our driver drove safely and since he knew the area, he went the quickest routes saving us lots of time between stops.
If you want to pack in a lot of activities in Dalat then this is the way to do it! The places we wanted to see were quite spread out, so having a driver there to wait for you was perfect. The car itself was super spacious (we could easily fit 2 large suitcases inside, and the seats had loads of room and were super comfy, you also get a bottle of water each). Our driver Vo Cong was super helpful too, especially when we got confused as to where one our excursions was (NB: the Truc Lam monastery is at the bottom of the cable car, not the top! Also it closes around lunchtime). 10/10, thanks so much!
