Gina was very dynamic. I would have liked a bit more participation. I strongly advise you to sit near the "professor" because being far away means you miss out on seeing what she does. The cooking of the food afterwards left something to be desired for our Spanakopitas. Overall, it resulted in a complete meal for everyone.

This was a great experience for our family (7 people from 12 - 65y/o). Byron was great with lots of info and made everything easy for us. If you like to cook (or eat), this is a great experience.

This cooking class was so much fun! Don't be fooled: there are no ovens or stoves; you're, at best, learning to prep the dishes. The knives are horrible (the tip had broken off mine), and the provided tools are minimal. That said, the dishes we prepared were tasty absent the entree, and the experience was a blast!

Byron was an amazing chef/teacher and was so friendly, knew tons about Greek cooking, and was patient with my daughter who is 7yrs old. I loved this class, highly recommend it. The traditional Greek dishes we made were delicious. Amazing view and location too!
