Great family surfing - instructor was great. Bonus was a lot of sea turtles swimming with us. Recommend good water shoes and long sleeve rash guards for adults - they do provide if you don’t have any - it’s shallow which is good for poor swimmers but can be a hard landing if you don’t land correctly.

The surflessons with maca was excellent. Ioved it .:-D kind regards from Austria . Hope 2 see ya soon

Great instructor. Very patience!!! Easy to locate the team at the parking lot. The photo team also provided good pictures. There even a sea turtle tries surfing with me.

This is a very family friendly activity for anyone wanting to learn to surf. Professional staff. Our instructor, Pablo, was great at explaining technique and helping us catch great waves. My kids took to it quickly and had a great time!

These surf lessons were top notch. My 18 and 17 year olds loved their experience, from the on land instructions, to the in the water experience all details were A+. The photos were amazing also and I’m forever thankful to have them as a keep sake. I highly recommend!

What is a trip to Hawaii without surfing? I couldn’t tell you - because I made sure to try it. As it was my very first time on a surfboard, I booked a two-hour lesson, and I was fortunate to have David from Surf Club Maui as my instructor. Our group consisted of four fellow beginners - perfectly sized, intimate group that made the experience both personal and incredibly fun. After a brief introduction to the fundamentals of surfing, combined with a few practice exercises on land, we headed straight into the shallow waters of Kihei. Surf Club Maui provided everything we needed, including rash guards and most importantly water shoes. To top it all off, professional photos were taken throughout the session by a photographer, who is very easy on the eye, capturing the excitement and joy of the experience. The entire atmosphere was simply exhilarating. David demonstrated remarkable patience and enthusiasm. I was truly delighted to meet such a kind, engaging, and experienced instructor. He constantly encouraged us not to give up, had an excellent instinct for spotting the right waves, and created an environment in which everyone felt comfortable and supported. All in all, the only downside was how quickly the two hours passed. The amount of fun I had is difficult to put into words. My sincere thanks go to the entire team for their excellent organization, the fantastic photos and an unforgettable experience.

PLEASE TAKE A LESSON HERE!! this is definitely the highlight of my trip. i went with 3 of my friends & we had David as our instructor and he was INCREDIBLE!! his instructions were so easy to understand & he also gave us so many local recommendations. it was one of the best experiences of my life & i’ll definitely be coming back!!

Our instructor Brian was amazing. The lesson was long enough and we got pretty good pretty fast with Brian’s instructions. The photos were great and made it look like we knew what we were doing! We didn’t wait at all, we arrived a little early and almost immediately got down to business, there were no delays eating into our lesson. Equipment was clean and comfortable. We were offered water after our lesson. All around, the service was amazing and we would recommend to anyone staying on the island.

It was definitely worth it, as someone with no prior experience surfing, it took me only a few tries to catch my first wave, and boy was that awesome!!! But It wouldn’t have been the same without the patience and encouragement of my trainer. Even though it was an open group lesson, it felt private, cause it’s a small group so he has the time to give you constant feedback. There’s also a photographer in the water taking very cool pictures of you, and they are worth the price. Incredible experience honestly

The instructor and photographer were amazing! They split us into smaller groups, so you never felt overlooked. They always kept an eye on everyone, offering helpful tips and making sure safety was a priority. I would definitely go again!
