We had a fantastic time at La Cucina del Gusto with Chef Carmen. She is funny, engaging, and instantly makes you feel relaxed and welcome. The class was hands on, well organized, and full of laughter. We made eggplant gnocchi alla Sorrentina, and it turned out absolutely delicious. The whole experience, from the food to the atmosphere, felt warm, authentic, and genuinely cared for. You can tell they really want you to enjoy yourself and have a good time. It was one of the highlights of our trip to Sorrento, and the price was well worth it. Highly recommended.

Had an amazing time with family at our private cooking class! Carmen was incredible—she made the experience fun and engaging, especially with the kids. Her passion for cooking and patience with teaching was perfect. Highly recommend for a fun, family-friendly experience!

My husband and I did a virtual cooking class with Chef Carmen and our friends who had previously gone to her actual class in Italy. From start to finish, Chef Carmen made the whole experience such a blast. It felt like she was right there with you, guiding you the whole way through. We made Fettuccine Bolognese and Eggplant Parmigiana and it was amazing! It was 9pm her time when our class took place and we never felt rushed with her. She kept telling us to take our time(even though we felt bad as it got later!). Chef Carmen was so personable and hilarious that you felt comfortable with her right away. We can’t wait for the pandemic to be over as the first place we will travel to is to Sorrento just to take her class in person. Highly suggest taking Chef Carmen’s class!
Chef Carmen was amazing! She was extremely patient, informative and funny! I am by no means an experienced cook and my pizza turned out amazing! Because of her class, I’m making pizza again this week using her instructions. Very excited to get into cooking now!
My friend invited me and my husband to a zoom cooking class with Chef Carmen, and I'm so glad she did!! I'm culinarily challenged, but Chef Carmen's instruction was so easy to follow, and fun too. We made two delicious dishes and then received the recipes after so we could make them again. This would be a perfect activity to do with friends or family members who are far away as it's wonderful to see each other while learning a couple new dishes. Would absolutely do this again!
