Clase de repostería Paris Macaron con un chef pastelero

Small little bakery conveniently located near our rental. I didn't know anything about the work and effort it takes, but it was a lot of fun. They tasted so delicious after letting it cool. Overall atmosphere and experience is a 10/10.

A very fun, memorable, and informative experience that I highly recommend for anyone who seriously wants to learn how to make macaroons with less frustration. Laticia was an excellent, informative instructor. She guided us step-by-step and was very helpful with tips and tricks to improve macaroon success. Very professional, very nice, and very positive with us. Highly recommend.

A enjoyable day activity to do with your friends and family when visiting Paris! It exceeded my expectations as the class is easy to follow and the recipe is emailed to you at the end of the class. The class is perfect for amateur bakers. The studio also offer private classes which I will recommend for serious baker looking to learn authentic French techniques!

Wonderful experience. Raining a lot that day so unfortunately he only had the two of us. The process was fast, but very informative and the instructor was extremely personable. It's also nice he had his dog there with him. Americans seem to think that a dog in a food establishment will cause sudden death, yet we cook in our kitchen with our dogs at our feet everyday. Nice to see Parisians not so uptight. Our macarons came out perfect! We're excited to make them at home. My only wish was maybe that, since we paid for two classes, that we could have made separate batches instead of one batch that we halved, or maybe it was one double batch and then split it. It might have been fun to do, like in the picture, two different colors or flavors as if we were two strangers taking the class. Regardless, we highly recommend taking the class and take copious notes! Incidentally, we bought some macarons when we got back to the US and they weren't as perfect as the ones we made in this class. I think they didn't "drop the baking sheet". IYKYK.

This was such a fun experience. Our teacher was the absolute best. She was extremely knowledgeable and really helped us to know what to look for. We made beautiful, tasty macarons to take home. I feel like I will be able to replicate the experience when I get home.

My father and I enjoyed the macaron workshop a lot, a great experience when visiting Paris. During the workshop we performed every macaron making step ourselves.

Chef Leo was fabulous!! Very organized, clear cut instructions, patient, engaging and funny. He not only taught us the skills but entertained us along the way. We managed to walk out with a very professional end product that we all carried back with us to California to impress our families and friends. Highly recommend this experience....it was truly a highlight of our trip to Paris.
