Aprenda a preparar la salsa más famosa de Liguria: ¡¡¡EL PESTO!!! Lo hacemos todo a mano, con mortero y utilizando únicamente ingredientes seleccionados. Estaremos en una bodega típica de Cinque Terre, amueblada con piedra y madera, ¡una inmersión en la Vernazza del siglo XIX! 12:30 CLASE DE PESTO Empezaremos con una cata de vinos acompañada de focaccia, queso y aceite de oliva virgen extra, prepararemos pesto al mortaio degustando el segundo vino, comeremos ñoquis con pesto al mortero con un tercer vino y ¡terminaremos con limoncino y chocolate! 15:00 O 17:30 MERIENDA CLASE DE PESTO Comenzaremos con una cata de vinos, prepararemos pesto al mortaio degustando el segundo vino, comeremos el pesto acompañado de focaccia, queso y aceite de oliva virgen extra con un tercer vino y ¡terminaremos con la scarpetta de pan en el mortero!

This was a very well done class. Our teacher was amazing! Loved her stories and how she intertwined the town that they live in. I also love that she spoke different languages and was very attentive. We were all surprised how good our pesto was!
Fomoa in family and we all loved the experience. We love the pesto sauce, the explanation and the wines. I recommend.
We would do it again. It is recommended not to arrive by private car, but by train or by boat, as the only road to Vernazza is very narrow and winding.

This class is a great way to get out of the sun and feel like an Italian chef. Everything is explained, and it’s so satisfying to get to eat something you made!
