Solo 6 participantes en cada clase. A partir de los 15 años. Con nuestro curso dirigido por un chef de pastelería francés, aprenderás todos los secretos de la elaboración del croissant perfecto, desde las complejidades de la masa de hojaldre hasta la química detrás de la creación de esa textura en escamas. Disfrutarás de un ambiente estudioso pero divertido que te permite un montón de aprendizaje práctico e instrucción personalizada. Lleve a casa el más sabroso de los recuerdos con este tour de 3 horas. Aprenderás la técnica para hacer deliciosos cruasanes con mantequilla. Situado a solo un paso de Montmartre y el Sacré-Coeur, nuestro acogedor y bien equipado estudio ofrece el escenario perfecto para aprender y practicar el arte de hacer cruasanes. Y una vez que hayas perfeccionado tus habilidades, podrás disfrutar de tus deliciosas creaciones en el lugar con una bebida caliente, o llévatelas más tarde.

- La masa de levadura con levadura en capas requiere mucho tiempo de preparación, preferiblemente a partir del día anterior. El tiempo requerido y los tecnicismos son los que hacen que los croissants sean tan exigentes. Por lo tanto, se harán etapas para garantizar que pueda disfrutar sus pasteles al final del curso. Seguirás trabajando estas etapas durante el curso.
- Por favor, use ropa cómoda, casual y zapatos planos y cómodos, el cabello largo se debe atar hacia atrás.
- Después de 5 minutos de retraso comenzaremos el curso sin el cliente retrasado. Después de 15 minutos sin que nadie se presente, la clase se cancelará automáticamente y tu reserva podrá ser tratada como una cancelación de última hora no reembolsable.

Recommend you do this early in your trip...what you make should last you all week. Class was well taught and monitored to make sure you are performing the critical steps correctly. Chef was friendly and also suggested other areas of town to vist.

Worth the time and effort. I am not a baker nor am I that great in the cooking department but this was an enjoyable experience that taught me about the techniques involved in making a croissant. Plus, a fun environment with the added benefit of eating!
