Es un viaje diseñado para recorrer Italia con el amor por la pasta y sus sabores, la historia y la cultura única de cada región de nuestro hermoso país. Descubriendo todos los trucos culinarios, es increíble cómo se puede crear una comida o cena única a partir de unos sencillos productos, gracias también a todos los productos de temporada de primera calidad y a tus manos guiadas por nuestros Chefs. No es una manifestación. No hay problema para vegetarianos o intolerantes, la opción está incluida, háznoslo saber en las notas de la reserva y nosotros nos encargamos. Sin embargo, el ambiente es de celebración y familia, y la pasta es mágica por eso. Dependiendo de la disponibilidad de los chefs, la clase también se puede realizar en español y alemán.

Pasta class was delicious. Fun from start to finish. Learned how to make fresh pasta, had lots of laughs and enjoyed incredible food . Enjoyed some wine too!
What an enjoyable class! Chef Francesco was a great instructor with a great sense of humor. We learned how to make tagliatelle, ravioli and gnocchi. We also learned some useful tips for making bolognese sauce and cutting vegetables. All in our party of 4 enjoyed this experience.
Very thorough and organised cooking class My mother and I were very lucky there was only another couple in our group which made it very intimate and relaxing We got to learn quite a few ways of making different sources and different pastas with an added chicken dish as our main and a pancotta for dessert

The chef Stephano was amazing! A fantastic chef and a marvelous teacher. He instructed us in detail about the foods we used and cutting techniques. He made the class fun!

It was a great experience, which we cooked together with Francesco during the pasta course today. Francesco taught us to cook fettuccine, ravioli, gnoccis with different sauces. It was so much fun and the food tasted delicious. We are looking forward to cooking this at home again, because you get the recipes with :-). We can recommend the course 100%!!!
