El instructor es un chef profesional con una formación y 7 años de experiencia en la cocina coreana. (Guía Michelin de trabajo restaurante de una estrella y consulado coreano en los Estados Unidos como chef) La clase comenzará con una demostración seguida de la parte práctica. Durante la demostración, tendrá un poco de té o refresco, preparado por el chef con ingredientes de alta calidad de múltiples granjas coreanas. Al final de la clase, aprenderás a cocinar comida tradicional coreana desde cero. El espacio también es perfecto para tomar fotos durante y después de la clase, y podrás tener tu comida en estudio o llevarla para llevar. El estudio es de fácil acceso al palacio de Gyeongbokgung y al mercado tradicional. ¡Espero conocer a todos!

S a fun experience to learn how to make Kimchi. My daughter loves it so it was great to learn how to do this. She was very informative, friendly and a great way to spend some time during our trip.

A very clean and cozy place. She made a delicious Korean seafood pancake before the class. We learned everything from the washing of cabbage to cutting and of course preparing the ingredients. She speaks great English and answered all our questions. It was amazing! The time was perfect, exactly as announced and we departed the place with our recently made kimchi .

Chef Hakyung’s kimchi class was amazing the overall experience was phenomenal. The small class size made it easy for Chef Hakyung to give her undivided attention to everyone in the class. She explained to us the history of making Kimchi as well as the different ways and styles to make Kimchi. The class was informative and fun! I especially enjoyed the seafood pancake and drinks she made while we were getting set up!
