Clase de cocina Ramen & Gyoza en Tokio con visita al supermercado local

This was honestly one of the best classes I’ve ever attended. Yuca was incredibly kind, polite, welcoming, and professional from the very beginning. She created such a warm and friendly atmosphere that made everyone feel comfortable, even though we were all from different parts of the world. One of my favorite parts of the experience was connecting with the other people in the class. We shared so many laughs, learned together, and had an amazing time from start to finish. Yuca explained everything clearly, guided us through every step, and had thoughtful answers to all of our questions. The ramen and gyoza we prepared were absolutely delicious, and making them ourselves made the meal feel even more special. The experience did not end when the cooking class was over either. Yuca kindly took us on a tour of a local supermarket, showed us different Japanese ingredients, and explained which products were worth buying and how they could be used. It was much more than just a cooking class. It was a fun, authentic, and memorable cultural experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Japan. Thank you, Yuca, for such an unforgettable experience!

We absolutely loved our visit with Yuca, she was welcoming and provided such a great environment for our cooking experience. Yuka has great communication skills and got all 5 of us involved with each step of the cooking process. We cooked ramen and gyoza and all enjoyed our finished product with glasses of her own brand tea. I would highly recommended Yuca to anyone visiting Japan who would like to learn how to make their delicious dishes. Thanks for a great experience Yuca 😊

Thank you Yuca for your incredible care and thoughtfulness, we could feel it literally in every little detail of the class. This was the best birthday present and we attended quite a few classes already! From the beginning, we could see how much work and preparation went into this class and we appreciated every detail - you giving us history and background of ramen, dissecting it in an easy-to follow structure… Your x factor however is you! Fanning us in the hit hot weather, showing us your fish grill, taking us to the supermarket to show us amazake rice. We took away a beautiful memory that will stay with us for a long time. Learning how to cook ramen and gyoza from Yuca was an amazing experience! We learned so much about Japanese culture and cuisine and the final product was delicious - I can't wait to re-create these dishes at home.

Instructor carefully walked us through preparation of the Ramen dish. Five students made the prep easy. We received detailed printed instructions, and information on how to access the YouTube videos. I recommend this class.

We had the best time with Yuca! She takes you step by step through the process of making ramen and goyza in her home studio kitchen. It's such a sweet place it makes it easy to open up and share a meal with the other participants. We learned so much and made so many awesome friends! Cannot say enough good things!

We were so excited that Yuca could accommodate a vegetarian couple. While the other classmates prepared dishes with meat, Yuca knew just how to keep our ingredients and cooking separate. She is a great teacher and kept us all on task. The food was delicious and we feel like we can easily follow her recipes in the future. Definitely recommend as something fun & educational to do while visiting Tokyo!
