Amazing cooking class, all the staff were so friendly and helpful. We went to the market to pick up the ingredients and learn about Fes’ culture as well as picking up a few general cooking skills in the kitchen. Incredible to learn how to make traditional lamb tagine and shakshuka and a special suprise dessert, in exchange we shared some English vocab! Delicious, delicious, delicious!
After going to the market with Yassin to buy fresh vegetables and fruits, Mohammed invited my children and me kindly in his kitchen. They led is in a fun, professional and accurate way through the process of making shakchuka, vegetable tajine and a almond orange cake. While Marrocco was winning against Egypt in the Olympic games, we discoverd a lot about the Marroccan cuisine and herbs. We had a great expierence! Thanks a lot!

Very nice experience that starts with shopping in the medina and informal introduction to Moroccan cuisine. The meal was better than we had ever eaten in restaurants in Morocco before. Mohammed showed us which herbs and vegetables to use for the tagine and zalouk. We also made a beautiful desert, an orange cake. Highly recommended!! It was a party!!
