Aprenderás a hacer pasta y algunos fantásticos platos italianos con diversión. Estoy especializado en el uso de productos orgánicos, cultivados localmente. Quiero brindarle una experiencia orgánica y sostenible. Brindo a los huéspedes las mejores selecciones de alimentos orgánicos y solo cocinamos con aceite de oliva orgánico virgen extra. A petición también puedo hacer clases sin pegamento o clases de cocina para niños. Menú: dos tipos de pasta hecha a mano, un postre italiano, vinos, aceite de oliva y degustación de vinos y visita a la granja. Mi filosofía desde el principio ha sido servir alimentos naturales enteros que se procesen mínimamente. Siempre que sea posible producimos nuestros artículos en casa

Not to be missed! Alina’s passion for the local products and cooking was palatable. We laughed and chatted with the other guests and were able to ask for hints and info all the way through the process. We made two types of pasta as well as Yogurt Strawberry Tiramisu. All the food was then served up with sauces and locally produced red wine and enjoyed as a lunch with our new friends. Alina even catered for my gluten free requirements. We then got a tour of the Olive oil production mill and learnt about the family perfected process.

We learned to make 4 pasta dish and 1 dessert, all homemade, hearty and authentic Italian dishes. Alina is a great host and her family is amazing! Her mom Lucia takes care of the organic farm and research of new food products. Alina is the cooking teacher who welcomes us with her family-made olive oil and wine, coffee, 2 cute dogs and her daughter. The estate is beautiful with their own garden, grapes and olive farm. We toured around the farm and the olive mill that makes freshly pressed olive oil. It’s a wonderful trip with good food and wine, took home a few recipes and lovely food produce!

What a day! Had such a wonderful experience with Aline and family. The food was phenomenal. Learned to make pasta multiple ways. And then the tiramisu.

Everything about this half day experience was awesome...the location, the host, the education, cooking, eating! Picking flowers and fruit from the garden and cooking with it. My 12 and 14 year old sons also loved it! Well worth the price.

Great food and educational experience. We made fresh pasta from the most delicious ingredients in beautiful surroundings and got Tour of the olive mill. A really lovely morning in good company.

We had an amazing experience with Alina and her family (and dogs) making pasta! The farm was incredibly unique and the whole experience felt authentic and fun. We even got to take the leftover pasta and wine home! Would 10/10 recommend any class or experience that is hosted by Alina!

My daughter and I visited Il Fontanaro for a 2-day cooking experience. We both very much enjoyed the classes and the different pastas, pizza and dessert we made and ate and that we plan on making at home. Alina is an inspiring teacher who made the classes fun as we learned about making handmade pasta and delicious tiramisu. Her blog and recommendations were very helpful as we explored the lovely countryside and towns in Umbria and Tuscany. We’d love to come back for a longer visit!
We had a lovely time making pasta and enjoying the fine meal that was prepared. The limoncello tiramisu was so special! The red Be Mine wine was also very good.
