Came for the cooking, stayed for Beni’s jokes! He was an amazing instructor, super friendly, knowledgeable, and made the class so much fun from start to finish. My family and I learned so much, the food was delicious, and the whole experience was so well organized. I’d do it all over again. Definitely a 10/10 experience and I would highly recommend it!
This was hands down one of our favorite parts of our trip! My friend and I booked the Spanish omelette class as I’m a vegetarian—she’s not, so they made sure to cater her recipes to what she would eat and mine to what I can eat! Very thoughtful. The instructor, Javi, was fantastic. Really knowledgeable, very personable and a great chef. He also gave us names of restaurants and cocktail bars to try which we appreciated! I have since made a Spanish omelette for my Madrid hosts and one for my husband back home in US and it’s been a hit both times! So the class was clearly not just fun but also a success.
Benny was awesome! He showed us how to make a Spanish omelet and it was delicious. He also made sure that our glasses of cava were always full and that everyone was having fun! He was also very accommodating and careful with one member of our family who has a nut allergy, which we greatly appreciated!
Beni made cooking tortilla de batata so much FUN! I don’t like to cook but he made it easy and he walked us through every step. We, also, made a delicious sweet-savory snack with “sobrasada”(?), which even *I* could do again! Thank you, Beni!
Fabulous experience with Benjamin. Highly recommend
Excellent & fun! Well thought out & prepared making the actual cooking easy but not used up chopping veggies.
Sooooo much fun!!! We made other things besides the Spanish omelet and all were delicious! Our instructor was Bennie and he was fantastic! We cooked in a beautiful kitchen and then went downstairs to enjoy our meal in an old (over 100 yrs) restored basement. The experience was so much more than we expected. Absolutely loved it!
We had a great time making tapas and a Spanish omelette but also learned about some Spanish culture.
Great experience in a modern but historical restored building. Easy to understand and the food was delicious.
Great class with easy to understand directions and a very clean and modern space in a historic building.
