Disfruta de una auténtica clase de cocina en un estudio de cocina local con la anfitriona Lola, que ha dedicado gran parte de su vida al marketing, organización de eventos, restauración y decoración de casas de campo, traducciones e incluso producción teatral. Esta es una experiencia perfecta para cualquiera que busque conectarse con la cultura local a través de la comida. Tu clase de cocina se llevará a cabo en un estudio de cocina donde Lola te enseñará a preparar 2 o 3 platos tradicionales españoles con las recetas de su familia. Learned so much and thoroughly enjoyed our cooking class with Lola. The small group setting was fantastic. The accommodations to support gluten free Croquettes as part of the class was amazing. Even accommodated request for a non seafood Paella (in addition to the planned black rice seafood paella. Can’t wait to try recipes back home.
Our cooking class with Lola was amazing! She taught us so much about cooking as well as Spanish culture and we made delicious food! It was such an enjoyable evening for our family. Lots of wine was flowing and it was just a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere! Would highly recommend this class!

Lola is lovely and her course was fantastic. Not only did I learn how to create 3 great dishes but I learnt a whole lot of local ways and traditions in the meals we prepared. I always love those attached stories and as such toast with olive oil and grated tomatoes has become on of my favourite things and I think of Lola every time I have that to eat! Lola is so fabulous that when I said I’d love ve to come back when next in Madrid, she said she’d do a different menu. Thanks Lola….I just need copies of the recipes which I’ve misplaced. Have paella pan from you but need to cook in it 😂
Lola is an exceptional chef and teacher! We made two kinds of tapas, a fish entree, and paella—our reason for taking the class. Her teaching style is fun, informative and thorough. I feel ready to go home and make these dishes for my friends and family! Every dish was absolutely delicious, we learned a lot about Spanish cooking in different regions, and had an incredible amount of fun! I highly recommend any cooking class offered by Lola—when I return to Madrid I will take another cooking class with her.
We loved our afternoon with Lola and the rest of our group. We’ve travelled quite a bit in Spain over the years, and we enjoy cooking (and eating) Spanish food, but we leaned some new techniques that we will definitely use when we get home. Lola was a joy - in addition to providing the recipes and information about the ingredients and instructions, she gave us some great general information about the Spanish culture and ideas about other places to visit in Madrid. A great value and it was also great to dine on the food we prepared.
Absolutely sensational. Hands-on experience with great conversation with perfect strangers (I booked on my own). Lola is delightful, funny and clever, and engages the group through every step of the way. Would 100% book this again on my next trip to Spain.
This was the highlight of our trip to Madrid! Lola was an incredible teacher, the space was gorgeous and the food we prepared was traditionally Spanish and delicious. I would recommend this to all of my friends and family who come to Madrid and hope to return to cook with Lola soon.
