Saul is knowledgeable, interesting and fun. We learned how to make empanadas, a delicious and quick roast, yummy potatoes and an amazing and simple dessert. I would recommend his class to anyone. It's a bit difficult to find but we were staying in central BA so we took the metro to the end of the line and a taxi from there. Easy and cheap.

We spent great 4 hours with Saul at his well equipped cooking studio. Together we've prepared 3 meals, sirloin stake, empanadas and kind of semifreddo for dessert, made of dulce de leche. Saul was great instructor, he taught us how to make empanadas from the scratch, all meals were great accompanied with bottle of Malbec. We had lot of fun and it was well spent time in BsAs. I would recommend it to anyone interested in basics of Argentinian cuisine, Saul is knowledgeable, skillful and fun cook.

We had such a great experience with Saul. He taught us how to make a traditional Argentinian dinner and dessert. The class was very hands-on and relaxed. I've taken a ton of cooking classes, and this one ranks as one of my favorites. I would definitely recommend taking this class!

Saul was an amazing host! We learned how to make empanadas and a veal stew that was to die for! ! He was so fun and a joy to be with! He was very gracious and walked us to the train and helped us find the Flea market in Buenos Aires. Adele and I had an awesome time! I would highly recommend it!

It was great, chef very helpful in providing recipes for me. I was the only person in the tour and it was personalized. The only thing I wish to have been able to make was Alfajores. The only thing I did not like was there is no pick up or drop off from your hotel. Transportation not included!

Super fun. It was a great chance to share time w/ local in his own kitchen. Not only learned to make empanadas and stew, but got to experience Buenos Aires through the eyes of a resident. He gave me tips not just on cooking, but futbol, good restaurants and fun things to do in buenos Aires. Gracias!

Fantastic stuff. Feredico gave me a very detailed explanation on Argentinian wine and gastronomy. I obviously employed my newly acquired skills to show-off at home how to make empanadas and Argentinian Stew with a great Malbec wine.
