En compañía de un guía local, pondrá las manos en la masa para preparar dos símbolos de la tradición: la focaccia barese, la reina de la comida callejera, suave y crujiente con jugosos tomates cherry, que incluso ha vencido a la focaccia genovese en un desafío hasta el último bocado, y las orecchiette artesanales, preparadas según la antigua técnica de Bari, celebrada por el New York Times como patrimonio a proteger. Very nice experience. But not really worth all the money in my honest opinion for what you’re getting in the end. A little plate of pasta and some drinks. Ofcourse you’re learning the pasta making, but with a group of 10 persons we felt it was little bit too crowded. Host and guide is very kind.

Absolutely great experience. Camille came to pick us up and brought us to the secret pastalab where we were thought how to make focaccia and orichette by Mariëlle. It was easy to follow the instructions and a lovely way to learn new skills. You get to eat, drink and make food.
