Nuestro Apron Up Cooking Class ha ido ganando popularidad a través de los años dando a las personas una lección intensiva e interesante. Las personas que acuden a nosotros pueden ser expertos que quieran abrir un restaurante vietnamita en casa o una persona que nunca cocinó antes, pero que quieran poder comer deliciosos alimentos vietnamitas cuando tengan que volver después de las vacaciones. Nuestra escuela se encuentra justo en el centro del casco antiguo, es muy fácil de acceder y, por lo tanto, después de la visita al mercado en el mercado más grande de Hanoi, que está cerca del casco antiguo, también puede saber dónde comprar qué en el resto de su viaje aquí. We had the best time at this cooking class! We have done them in many countries and this was the best. Lots of hands on chopping and cooking! VY was our guide and was great! Very informative and didn’t get upset when we messed up! Everything that we made was miraculously delicious!!
Amazing tour with Vy, she is the best. Very cool experience going to the market with her and picking ingredients out fresh. The class itself was great, we actually made everything from scratch unlike many cooking tours where things are pre made. Vy made sure we knew exactly what we were doing and they give you recipes at the end so you can recreate them at home. The food was so delicious and Vy spoke great English, was extremely funny and we had a great time

My guide is Khánh Hoà (or Hailey for her english name). She's a really good instructor and able to keep us engaged. She took care of me when I injured my hand and kept a look out on my friends to ensure the dish is well prepared and organised. She taught us different varieties of herbs and spices for the 5 traditional dishes More importantly, she bring a positive and friendly vibe. Anyone who has interest in vietnamese cuisine can ask for Khánh Hoà to guide. Highly recommended!
Went with 6 friends and the place is very central and convenient. Once we reached, Hailey took us to the shops to buy some ingredients while explaining to us about the local culture such as difference between bun and pho rice noodle. Then we went back and started cooking, Hailey showed us perfectly and was patient in helping us so we had a really good time. The place is super clean and the food we cooked was delicious!
Really great experience learning to cook here. Hailey really did a great job explaining the ingredients in the market and show us how to cook it well. In the end, we ate our own cooking and it is really really delicious.
Amazing experience! We got to shop for ingredients in the local market, learn how to cook 5 traditional Vietnamese dishes from scratch. Super fun teamwork with friends and Hailey’s an excellent instructor with vibrant energy and in-depth knowledge. The food turned out super delicious and we got to go home with certificates and a cookbook. Highly recommend.

Fantastic! Hailey was so nice and welcoming. I was the only one in the class today and she made sure to guide me step by step, and was great at conversation making!!!! Definitely recommend asking for her. She’s super warm and wants you to learn more about Vietnamese cuisine! She sat with me and ate with me while explaining to me more about the culture and life here! Great way to learn about Vietnam and local life!
