La mayoría de los tours churrascos te alimentan. Aquí, te conviertes en parte del partido. Guiados por dos animados anfitriones, todos toman un papel: voltear la picanha, brindar por la farofa de yuca, remover la vinagreta o mezclar cócteles tropicales. Es colaborativo, divertido y verdaderamente brasileño. Saborearás cortes premium como cupim, un wagyu brasileño de mármol, y aprenderás recetas que los lugareños juran para cada reunión. Las bebidas fluyen libremente, la música mantiene vivo el ambiente, e incluso si llueve nuestro patio cubierto garantiza que la noche continúa. Esto es más que una cena : es su pase entre bastidores a la hospitalidad brasileña, donde los extraños se convierten en amigos a través de parrillas ahumadas y vasos tintineantes. Great host, thorough instruction, was a great time for me and my friends

We learned how to make caipirinha, cheese bread and vegetable salad. The meat was prepared literally without our involvement or knowledge…so no much learning there. Not what one expects from a BBQ class. But that was not even the main problem. Three things: 1. When we came in, we were told that “hygiene first” and we were sent to wash our hands. That makes sense. BUT the “chef” was smoking cigaretes and didn’t care to wash his hands! In the middle of the class, he went to the bathroom (no problem), I hope he washed his hands…but when he came back, he didn’t join us but instead smoked another cigarette few metres away from us and came back to cook without washing his hands! 2. The chef spits when he speaks so get ready for spit flying everywhere! Gross! 3. The chef was DRUNK! I swear to god…he was drunk, high or both. We couldn’t figure it out! I wanted to terminate the class, but my partner asked me not to. We stayed. But I couldn’t get out of there fast enough after the class ended. It was a waste of money. I would rate the experience as -2, but my partner keeps telling me that it is Brazil and I may be expecting too much. Maybe. But hygiene and being sober during the class…I don’t think I expect too much! This was to be a 3.5h class but we were out in 2hrs 15min!

We were quite surprised to read this, considering you repeatedly thanked our chef in person before leaving. Furthermore, our assistant’s photos and videos clearly show both of you smiling, actively participating, and having a wonderful time throughout the session. We maintain strict professional standards, and the extreme environment you described simply does not align with the positive demeanor you displayed to our team or the visual evidence we have of your visit. It is very difficult to reconcile the awful experience you are describing here with the fact that your party happily ate all the food prepared and took full advantage of the bottomless drinks specifically, with each of you thoroughly enjoying eight caipirinhas during the class. We had an amazing experience at Alex’s BBQ Cooking Class! From start to finish, everything was fun, engaging, and incredibly well organized. We loved that this wasn’t just a demonstration—we had the opportunity to cook everything ourselves, making it a truly hands-on experience. Chef Alex is amazing he started us off with capirihna's ( which are unlimited). I know consider myself a caipirinha making expert. After that we had garlic bread, bbq chicken mixed vegs,then we had steak rice. Everything was very hands on. The food wqs full of flavor my personal favorite was the steak and pork. Highly recommended we will be back next year.

It was a must do when visiting!! I had so much fun with my mom and our cook Carina. This is a great activity to do with family and the place can hold around 24 people so good for big groups as well!
