Notifíquenos por SMS, llamada o WhatsApp si demora más de 30 minutos en el control de aduanas/pasaportes, o su conductor supondrá que no ha llegado. Una vez que te hayas encontrado con el conductor, él te ayudará con tu equipaje y te llevará al coche. A partir de entonces, lo conducirá directamente a su destino.

Great communication. David was waiting us with our name on the board. He was professional & friendly. This company was the only one that would provide the shuttle service at 11.30pm from airport to hotel. Highly recommend them

The car that we drove in was much smaller than the one we ordered. We could barely fit our luggage in. Plus we have said in advance the we have got three suitcases and one golfbag and therefore that we would need a bigger car.

We received no communication of any sort from you. We sent you a screenshot (can be verified by Viator) which shows no messages where exchanged between us.
We were me at the airport as scheduled and taken to our hotel in cape town. Along the way we were shown places of interest and given some local knowledge a very pleasurable trip. thank you
