Tour privado. Desde Manarola hasta Corniglia, a través de las colinas que caen a pico sobre el mar, caracterizadas por los típicos bancales construidos con muros de piedra seca que permitieron a los ligures, ya en la antigüedad, colonizar un territorio agreste y difícil. Cinco pueblos incrustados en la roca, ricos en tradiciones e historia locales. Recorrer este territorio por los antiguos senderos que conectan las Cinque Terre ofrece vistas de belleza inigualable del mar y del paisaje, caracterizado por el matorral mediterráneo y los cultivos de vid, olivo y cítricos. Tentempié con degustación de focaccia, pesto y vino, incluyendo una explicación detallada sobre las tradiciones gastronómicas y enológicas locales. El recorrido se personaliza en cada ocasión según los intereses y las capacidades físicas de los participantes. Les acompañará un guía de senderismo y naturaleza, amante de la naturaleza, las plantas y las antiguas tradiciones locales.

Visita al pueblo, paseo por la calle central hasta el puerto y Punta Bonfiglio, con introducción al Parque Nacional Cinque Terre; historia, cultura y tradiciones de estos antiguos pueblos, destino estratégico de la dominación romana, de la república genovesa y de las incursiones piratas. Observación guiada del territorio caracterizado por rocas sedimentarias que miran al mar sujetas a erosión marina y deslizamientos de tierra. Descubrimiento del matorral mediterráneo y las adaptaciones de las plantas costeras al clima salado y al calor del verano.
Suba a Volastra para descubrir el Parque Nacional de Cinque Terre, declarado Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO desde 1997 por la virtuosa integración del paisaje humano con la naturaleza de este lugar encantador pero extremadamente frágil. De hecho, las Cinque Terre han sido cultivadas desde la antigüedad con la construcción de terrazas sostenidas por los famosos "muros de piedra seca" que han preservado la integridad del territorio hasta nuestros días del riesgo de los frecuentes desprendimientos de rocas sedimentarias sometidas a erosión marina. En Volastra nos espera un descanso a la sombra con un refrigerio de pesto, focaccia y vino blanco que nos ofrecerá la oportunidad de profundizar en las tradiciones culinarias locales y la historia de la producción vinícola de Cinque Terre.
La excursión continúa entre terrazas y matorral mediterráneo, pasando por humedales y bosques de encinas, con una vista incomparable de todo el espacio marino de las Cinque Terre y los pequeños pueblos escondidos entre las rocas. En Corniglia nos espera una terraza panorámica que abarca todo el día.
Podremos llegar a Vernazza a pie o en tren según las fuerzas que queden disponibles. Visita al pueblo escondido en la única ensenada natural de Cinque Terre. Aquí finalizaremos nuestro viaje a través de la botánica, la geología, las tradiciones y la historia de esta tierra rica en cultura y rara belleza.

It was an awesome hike. We learned more than we ever would have expected. Village walk had some steep steps to gorgeous views. Myself and 2 teenager girls felt accomplished afterwards. Sonia engaged everyone in interesting conversations about beautiful Cinque Terre.
Sonia was an amazing guide for Cinque Terre! An effervescent personality and the utmost athlete — she was a joy to spend the day with as our leader on an amazing hike not for the weary! We hired Sonia for 3 days to show us the Cinque Terre area. Wow it could not have been better. Two of the days we did some hiking between the town, she gladly adjusted for our fitness level and showed us lots of little hideaway places and unbelievable overlooks. Another day we toured by boat and stopped to see several quaint villages including Portofino. If you want a true Cinque Terre experience go no where else!

I’ve done a lot of tours and hikes, but this felt like spending the morning with a knowledgeable friend. Sonia didn’t just guide us—she shared the history, culture, trees, food, and stories that made the region come alive. The homemade focaccia, espresso, and local recommendations were such thoughtful touches. My family of 7 (grandparents, parents and kids 9-18) loved every minute of it. She continues even after the tour to message me recommendations on what else to do in our 5 days here. Honestly, after our first day, I wished she could have joined us for all five days of our trip. That’s how good she was.

We met our guide, Marco, on the train in Rapallo on our way to Cinque Terra. We chose to hike between Manarola and Cornigla with a stop in Volastra at the top for a snack over the easier train ride between towns. This left less time to tour the towns, but was a great decision for us. Warning: the initial mile of the hike is mostly all up a steel climb. About 1200 feet of elevation gain. It took a while and wore us out, but well worth it. The views are spectacular and once at the top the path is easier along the ridge as you walk thru vineyards. Marco was a wonderful host and share information as we went. He was also patient with us as we stopped to rest on our way up the climb. The entire tour left us wanting to return to the area to see more.
