Cesarina explicará el sistema tradicional de utilizar las mejores plantas de albahaca y seleccionar cuidadosamente los ingredientes de alta calidad para garantizar el mejor sabor. Luego, aprenderá los dos métodos para preparar el pesto: usando un mortero y una maja o una licuadora eléctrica y recibirá consejos sobre cómo almacenar correctamente el pesto para mantenerlo fresco el mayor tiempo posible. Después de preparar el pesto, lo empacará para llevárselo a casa y disfrutarlo. Puede saborear los frutos de su trabajo cuando regrese a casa o en un acantilado rocoso con vista al mar. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! My husband and I booked this for a morning on our honeymoon in Riomaggiore and it exceeded our expectations. Barbara and Stefano are adorable and incredible teachers. We will hands down be making pesto and salad weekly in our home. We even bought a mortar and pestle in the town to be able to make it properly! Next time we travel we will take any classes that Cesarine offers without hesitation. Highly, highly recommend!
