Tour de degustación de elaboración y destilación de Cincinnati
Descripción
Únase al Brewing Heritage Trail en este recorrido principalmente en interiores para aprender sobre la elaboración y destilación de cerveza moderna e histórica, pero eso no es todo, ¡podremos probar bebidas y visitar una bodega subterránea del siglo XIX en el camino! La primera parada del recorrido es Northern Row Brewery and Distillery, donde veremos de cerca su proceso de destilación, seguido de una degustación de bebidas espirituosas. La siguiente parada son las bodegas de la histórica Jackson Brewery, donde se fermentaba y almacenaba en frío la cerveza que data de la década de 1850. Luego nos dirigiremos a la cervecería Rhinegeist, ubicada dentro de una estructura cervecera anterior a la Prohibición, donde realizaremos un recorrido detrás de escena de sus instalaciones modernas e históricas (se requieren escaleras para parte del recorrido), y concluiremos con un vuelo de su bebidas de temporada. Aprendemos sobre la historia de la casa de fermentación anterior a la Prohibición donde se encuentra la cervecería y la destilería, seguido de un recorrido detrás de escena de sus operaciones de destilación. Luego, el recorrido concluye con una degustación de bebidas espirituosas en su taberna.

This is such a fun tour that combines Cincinnati history with booze! What more could you want? Our tour guide Kanah was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered any questions we had. He was also able to recommend other great spots to check out for food and drink. This was a great way to spend an afternoon in Cincinnati. Highly recommend!

On a hot day the cool cellars and the cool beer were welcomed. Great history from Jim. We had a great few hours. It was worth every cent.

Great historic information given during this tour. Lots of great details and overall fun tour. The distillery and brewery were both great and seeing the tunnels were very cool too. Very glad we did this tour, it was a great time.

Loved my brewery tour. The guide Lisa was very knowledgable and entertaining. The only downside was one of the guest was acting obnoxious and arguing with the tour guide. I will be recommending this tour to my friends and family.

The tour guide Lisa was rude to the attendees. Particularly if someone offered an incorrect answer, she did not manage that well. It is ok to offer a wrong answer or not know an answer, but at least acknowledge the person for trying and offering a good answer. Then redirect to what is correct. Don’t shame people or shut them down or call them out with wrong answers. We’ve joined this tour once before and the tour guide we had did a nice job. This was very disappointing. I would not want someone like Lisa doing anything customer facing.
