Aborde un tranvía de dos pisos en Puebla y viaje a Cholula, un "Pueblo Mágico" donde podrá vivir la cultura prehispánica y colonial. En este recorrido panorámico, vea desde el Tranvía, la pirámide más grande del mundo; Pare a visitar los templos de Santa María Tonanzintla y San Francisco Acatepec y el zócalo de San Pedro Cholula. Tendrás tiempo libre para visitar la pirámide (entrada no incluida), el Convento de San Gabriel, Capilla Real, Casa del Caballero Águila.

Desde nuestro tranvía podemos disfrutar de maravillosas vistas de la Pirámide de Cholula, la más grande del mundo en cuanto al tamaño de la base.
Es la muestra del Barroco popular en su máxima expresión. El empleo del Siglo XVI y "Tonanzintla" significa "Lugar de nuestra madrecita". En la cultura prehispánica Tonantzi es uno de los nombres de la diosa del maiz y está asociado a la protección de los hombres. Sin duda, este templo es uno de los más hermosos y extraordinarios de México, pues muestra el Barroco Mexicano en su máxima expresión: decorada con maíz y ángeles morenos con rasgos indígenas.
El templo muestra el barroco mexicano. Entre 1650 y 1750 fue decorada por los alfareros poblanos con mosaicos de Talavera Poblana dando una belleza única en México.
En este punto podrás visitar por tu cuenta varios atractivos. Comenzando por el Portal Guerrero con más de 46 arcos de medio punto que suman 170 metros, uno de los más largos del continente. También podrá visitar el Ex Convento de San Gabriel, de los más antiguos del país construido sobre las ruinas del Templo de Quetzalcóatl. Dentro podrás admirar unos frescos que datan de 1533 y pinturas de la vida de San Francisco de Asís. Junto al Ex Convento se encuentra la Capilla Real construida en 1540 para adoctrinar a los indígenas. Su belleza radica en sus 49 cúpulas. También puedes visitar la Casa del Caballero Águila, donde constantemente se exponen pinturas y obras de arte. Finalmente, en este punto tenemos tiempo libre para visitar también por tu cuenta la pirámide de Cholula (entrada no incluida) así como para disfrutar de la gastronomía local.

The experience in the cathedral was wonderful, excellent and exotic food like crickets and other species, a lot of variety in the market
This tour is mostly an uncomfortable ride with a canned Spanish audio track. The church stops are amazing but too short in duration. Three hours on your own of “fun time” in the afternoon is something to be endured, particularly on a slow day in a fairly ordinary town.

The tour is designed to give you time on your own in Cholula to have lunch, visit the pyramid, the Convent of San Gabriel and its Cloister on your own, as well as for shopping for handicrafts. Convenient transfer to Cholula with stops at a couple of magnificent churches and then stop for a couple of hours in the main square, from where you can also walk to the pyramid. Pre-recorded microphone explanations with some additions from the driver (there is no guide on board). At times very difficult to understand what it says, given the high noise of the bus and traffic. We returned to Puebla after about 6 hours. Excellent value for money

Our guide lives in Cholula and described what we were seeinf with brilliant insights. Not only did we learn facts, but also history and philosophies. She explained the connections between indigenous beliefs and devotional Catholicism brought to the Americas by the Spanish. The former informs the latter as well as social mores and ways of life in the many communities in Cholula and in Puebla. . She shared her knowledge of art and architectural history and of religion articulately.

The experience was great we loved getting to know several places was a safe walk they leave and return you in time to the meeting point, very friendly the personal tourism for my mother who has problems in her knee was the best thing we chose and very happy

The tour narration is pre-recorded. So if you sign up for Spanish, it is Spanish only. The tour took us past several of the area churches and stopped at two for us to visit. It also stopped at the central square of Cholula at the end so you have 2.5-3 hours to explore on your own.
Excellent service and attention. The departure and return was on time. It really is a good choice for a work stress escape. You don't worry about driving, just enjoying yourself.
Our tour was excellent! We went to Cholula, Atlixco, and Cuexomate. Our guide, Myriam, was great also. We booked it for a reasonable price
It lasts 5 hours: one hour round trip, two hours on the bus (with tram facade) that stops at emblematic places and gives you 15 to 20 min to explore them, then it is two hours that give you free to have lunch and climb to the sanctuary. So far I think the tour is worth it! However, the return is in a pink double-decker bus and is the reason why I downgrade to three stars. The driver tells you that you can climb but upstairs is a real terror as the city light wires, signs and traffic lights pass too close. The return journey seems a danger to me, it should not be allowed to go on the second floor of the bus.
