During the experience I always explain the chocolates we taste, including their ingredients, fillings, and stories, because I know how important those details are for fellow chocolate lovers. That said, I love questions and am always happy to go even deeper whenever guests are curious or would like additional information :) Regarding purchases, our philosophy, as a husband and wife locally owned and run business, has always been to create an authentic experience rather than one that feels sales-oriented. I never want guests to feel any pressure to buy. However, because our groups are intentionally small and intimate, I am always happy to accommodate requests, and guests are absolutely welcome to purchase chocolates during the experience if they wish. All they need to do is ask: I am always delighted to help. I am also available after the tour by email should any questions come to mind, and all guests receive a follow-up email with the venues visited along with additional recommendations for enjoying Turin’s wonderful food scene. L’idea di questo Chocolate & Sweets Experience a Torino nasce proprio dal desiderio di creare un momento intimo, raffinato e leggero, dedicato a chi ama scoprire una città attraverso le sue dolcezze e le sue storie più autentiche. Torino ha una tradizione incredibile legata al cioccolato e alla pasticceria, fatta di piccole botteghe, famiglie, artigiani e ricette che si tramandano da generazioni. Accompagnare gli ospiti in questo mondo è sempre un privilegio, soprattutto quando si crea quella connessione speciale che va oltre il semplice “tour”.
