Very disappointed. They made us wait an hour past our scheduled flight so we was up in pure darkness rather then getting our sunset views that I paid for. They also separated my wife and I. I have been on 3 different helicopter tours and this was my least favorite without a doubt. I won't be back

Missing the sunset after being delayed an hour past your scheduled time is exactly the kind of experience we don't want for our guests, especially when that view was the reason you booked. I also understand the frustration of being separated from your wife during the tour, that's not how we want couples experiencing this with us.
