Guide was very funny and entertaining!
The experience was wonderful . The tour guide was too loud and spoke too much about sports. I think more historical information would’ve been better
Had a great time! We have a 10 and 15 year old and they even enjoyed the commentary. Guide did a great job! Learned so many new things I had never realized before as we drove in downtown Chicago. We had a great time!
Was fun easy to book! The guide was very informative and entertaining the ride was not to long the perfect time.
Was a nice ride with great scenery. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. The boat we rode in needs a lot of maintenance. The speakers were horrible and the mic system for the guide was cutting in and out the entire time. Expect to get wet on this ride. They did warn us before we took off and they were right. If the equipment was in good shape I would have given a 4 or 5 star
First off not sure why a bachelorette party would go on this cruise . I love to party but an architecture cruise at 11 AM and drinking? Seems weird. They ended up talking loudly and yelling throughout cruise so I missed most. Crew didn't really notice or choose not to talk to them. The guide who talked was nice and young. Fully admitted he didn't know a lot about architecture but was knowledgeable. But he was so negative about other cities and Chicago. So Much so I got a headache. Insulting the arch of St Louis , NY Indiana Ohio it became annoying. He was a nice guy and we tipped him but honestly had a headache at end. He could be great and maybe other people like that but... overall it was ok Nice sites nice boat and fun cruise on lake. The river part was cool. I would go again to see if it is different
It’s informative and fun!!! Jaime, our tour guide, is very knowledgeable and funny. Answers all the guests’ questions.
Excellent tour with great tour guide. Would have liked a bit more history, but overall a great experience!
Ryan guide was great and made the architecture tour engaging, tou started and ended on time and felt the time was spent worthwhile. Highly recommended
This was pretty disappointing. Most of our time was spent waiting for the lock to open up to get to and from Lake Michigan. Hence, the tour operator did not include the length of the tour that was promoted on the river - we barely saw any of the architecture and stopped well before reaching Willis Tower. I would not recommend this tour. The guide was great, the boat was clean, but the “speedboat” ride was not very fast nor was it worth sacrificing half the length of the river tour. If the tour can’t go to the Willis Tower due to the lock schedule, it should not be advertised.
