You are basically joining the last leg of day trip that started from Tangier to Chefchaouen. Instructions make it sound like you’d meet the driver at 3:45pm and leave at 4pm on the dot. In reality, they prioritize the tour’s schedule and tour group didn’t emerge at the meeting point until 4:15pm. Then it took another few minutes to all walk to the van. We had gotten to the meeting point early at 3:30pm so essentially sat there and waited for 45 minutes. When I told the driver they were behind schedule, the response I got was “this is not a private tour”. But that still doesn’t explain why they are entitled to be late. We are still paying customers so does our time not matter? A/C also doesn’t work, only the ones above the aisle eventually worked but the entire trip was soured but the unnecessarily waiting. If you are looking for a one way transportation from Chefchaouen to Tangier, ask your drivers from other tours you will be taking on previous days and arrange something with them. Skip this option and this tour specifically. It’s much more expensive and not the most pleasant experience. We still got our drop off at our destination so I’m giving 2 stars.

It was great experience, the driver arrived our meeting point on time and the driving was smooth, he also took us the a view point which is not included in our booking. Better to have WhatsApp installed on your phone, it is easy to communicate with driver.
