¿Qué mejor manera de aprender sobre la cultura portuguesa y la vibrante historia gastronómica de la ciudad de Oporto que con la visita guiada al emblemático mercado de Bolhao, dirigida por el chef Canto Cooking? Después de reponer fuerzas con una nata fresca y un café barista, es hora de ponerse manos a la obra en la cocina, donde el chef mostrará los platos y luego será su turno. Los vegetarianos y veganos son bienvenidos: si bien la mayoría de la cultura de Tapiscos se basa en la carne y el pescado, también cubriremos al menos uno o dos platos a base de plantas. Por último, disfrute de un almuerzo juntos en nuestra Orangerie comiendo los frutos de su trabajo con una copa de vino del valle del Duero de nuestro viñedo invitado mientras charla sobre sus experiencias.

What an amazing adventure. I love a good market and Priscilla was the best person to follow through Mercado do Bolhao. She was engaging and informative and introduced us to some of the vendors. Then it was back to cook. Each person had an opportunity to do different jobs, culminating with a most delicious meal. I would recommend this to everyone.

Very fun experience! Getting to cook the food was very fun. I will warn that this experience involves a lot of seafood, so keep that in mind.
