Aika was an amazing guide who took such great care of my husband and me. Our trip covered Kolsai Lake, Charyn Canyon, Kaindy Lake, and Black Canyon. It was an incredible experience all around—we had plenty of time to explore every spot and enjoyed so many fun activities. Aika brought us to eat delicious food, and the accommodations were clean and very comfortable. We even got to stay in a private room (with just a small extra charge). She also took us to a beautiful creek near our stay, which was such a wonderful surprise! Overall, this tour was super budget-friendly and worth every penny. We were so impressed! from Toony
Over all outstanding experience starting from Guide Aika she is so charming will keep the tour alive. Itenary was perfectly timed no too much rush. Guest house in the village was perfect like a dream come true in the nature, on the bank of river. We enjoyed....

This was an enjoyable tour I would recommend for some of the great highlights in the area with a flexible tour guide and driver. I liked that we had meals with family owned places with a friendly atmosphere.. we had a good group too! Aika welcomed questions and took time to see if we needed anything and offered options for stops. The driver also took care and looked after us..a real professional!
Huge thanks to our guide Aika who stepped in last minute. She was so thoughtful, welcoming, and full of knowledge about Kazakhstan’s history. She made sure everyone felt included and comfortable all day. We arrived as strangers but left feeling like we’d genuinely touched each other’s lives. The lakes and gorge were breathtaking, but Aika made the experience. Highly recommend!
I wanted to thano you a lot for organizing this trip! the tour was amazing, your country/region is absolutely stunning! And the guide and the driver were so great! The driver was such a nice guy and a very safe and experienced driver, and Zhan manged to get us smoothly everywhere! Absolutely great experience! I am so happy I managed to get to book directly to skip all the middlemen.
Honestly, save yourself the stress and do not book with this company. I’m actually in shock at how unreliable they are. I had my whole trip planned out around this tour, and since it’s the Easter rush, everything is already packed. I booked a 2-day tour to Kolsay and Kaiyndy Lakes, and they literally confirmed we were good to go, only to cancel at the absolute last minute. Total nightmare. My entire schedule is messed up now and I'm stuck trying to find a backup when everything is sold out. If you don't want your holiday ruined, find a company that’s actually reliable. These guys are a joke!
