We met Grace by Quay side and were welcomed aboard. What a fabulous captain ensuring everyones safety at all times. We asked for a lunch stop somewhere as advertised but only to be told we couldn't. First disappointment. We did get given the opportunity to go buy something though but it wasn't what we wanted. Set sail and after a couple of hours pulled into a fab bay. Proceeded to get ready for a swim and use paddle board. Turned out they hadn't got it. Mask snorkel flippers were very limited. If you were the one with size 9 feet then you were in luck. Asked if we could go into comino lagoon and caves but learnt the boat was too big and would have to change to a small tender which wasnt really possible. Also felt the boat lacked some cushions / mattress. Nothing to lie on apart from your towel on the sun deck as did the seating just wooden seats. As advertised again soft drinks would be available but nothing. These details let down a lovely trip run by a very helpful captain.
Dear Andy, Thanks for pointing out your concerns to the readers. Please note that the route is subject to weather conditions and safety of clients and that of the boat is captain's priority. In the period you rented the boat the lidos are not open yet so we couldn't stop and organise a pick up from our boat to the restaurant. Since the day was windy we had to adapt the route accordingly and did not pump the SUP as when is windy we do not use it anyway. Regards the soft drinks, I asked Graziella, and she told me that the soft drinks were in the fridge. We have 6 snorkelling masks which you were offered but the flippers are actually only there in case we need them for emergency and we do not really give them to clients. Regards caves, please note that nowhere we advertise that we go into caves, you can imagine since we have a 60ft mast. Sorry you felt this way. And I told Graziella about your review who told me that you were very happy on the day and had zero complains. Kind regards!
Where do I start - this was my first time ever on a boat and what a wonderful experience to always remember celebrating my sisters 40th Birthday celebrations. Our Captain Grace was phenomenal and took us on a tour of Maltas historical sites old and new. The sea was choppy and I overcame my fear of the sea - thanks to the knowledge and skills of our captain Grace Thank you Mowgli as I was able to select and provide the DJ soundtrack and ride the waves of a spiritual journey - keeping and staying Tastie! We had a fantastic day on the amazing Mowgli. Our Skipper Grace was brilliant she gave us lots of information about Malta sailing us to some beautiful locations. I would highly recommend this trip.
It was Amazing. Our captain Graziella, was very nice , curties and knowledgeable. Beautiful coast, blue waters, swimming and lunch at Tartuga restaurant! Very satisfied with this tour.
Yacht Mowgli is an extraordinary place to spend a day with family. The captain was very polite, professional, told a lot of interesting things about Malta. Thanks to the whole Mowgli team for an unforgettable day.
Grace our skipper was warm and welcoming, with plenty of local knowledge and enthusiasm. Due to strong winds our itinerary had to be adapted and we sheltered at St Paul’s Island instead of the iconic spots. We enjoyed a beautiful day with all the elements we hoped for, swimming off the boat, paddling to caves, snorkelling and relaxing. The yacht was immaculate and in outstanding condition. Highly recommend, get away from the crowds and enjoy nature at its best.
Had the best time! Unfortunately, the weather meant we couldn’t do the full route but the skipper, Grace, made it an awesome day and catered to us as best she could. There were 6 of us and we were all very happy with the experience.
Such a wonderful experience at beautiful island with amazing skipper. Wind was quite strong in the morning but Evgheni was experienced enough to foresee the afternoon and wind got much better eventually. Highly recommend sailing with Mowgli. Deffinitely yhe best experience in malta.
The wife & I booked a private full day boat trip so we could explore Malta by sea instead of land. Graziella our captain was amazing, as was first mate Pavel. We were treated to a fun & safe sail north up to Gozo where we enjoyed swims in the beautiful blue waters. The boat was spacious, smooth, & comfortable. This is a must do when in Malta!
Had a great day out on the water. Our captain was friendly, accommodating, and a good sailor. 8 of us enjoyed the sail and multiple stops in private coves for swimming. Perfect day.
