Desde Ámsterdam, súbete a nuestro cómodo autobús y llegarás a la capital de Bélgica después de un viaje de aproximadamente 3 horas y media. Bruselas es una ciudad conocida por su rica historia, cultura diversa e importancia política.

The tour was very organized. I really enjoyed the places we visited. Jorge is an excellent tour guide. He is very knowledgeable and intelligent. The bus was very comfortable and the trip was smooth. I do recommend to increase the temperature a bit as through out the trip the bus temperature was very cold. Overall, I really enjoyed the trip and highly recommend it to everyone.
The tours and the guide were great. However, it was a very hot day and the air conditioner on our bus was not working and would not cool. Everyone on the bus was miserable on the ride from Brussels to Bruges and from Bruges back to Amsterdam. We all were hesitant to purchase chocolates for fear that they would just melt on the bus back to Amsterdam. At the halfway point back to Amsterdam, we had to stop to change bus drivers. The new bus driver tried unsuccessfully to get the air conditioner to work but then opened the roof hatches so that some outside air could circulate. Everyone was glad to get off that bus.
The guide, Andrea, was great. However, the bus didn’t have AC and it was 30 degrees. The bus felt like an oven which made our trip more difficult to enjoy. Shout out to the guy who bought ice for everyone. Bruges is definitely a place to see.

Terrible experience with viator and Amigo tours, no communication from the tour guide and we ended up missing the trip , they did no refund inspite of the huge money paid. Please be aware as they had no courtesy to follow up on the partial refund atleast. The first and foremost job a tour guide does is to call and check on the travellers before time but they did nothing. The Amigo tour customer service is pathetic as they were too rude to address the issue. We will never choose this same travels again.

The vehicle was 35 minutes late, and we were truly freezing in the cold. When the explanation finally came, the guide offered a sort of apology. We had a good guide, but the vehicle needs to be driven more carefully; the driver's sudden movements were really unpleasant. I’ll add more details once the tour is over—we’re on the road right now—but it was still a nice experience.

Santiago was a great tour guide. He had his work cut out for him doing an English and Spanish tour. He did it with ease. Very educational and we visited the major sights of Brussels with free time to explore. We had a brief rain period but it didn’t ruin the trip. Bruges was my favorite. A quaint town. Both locations rich in history. Definitely need more than a few hours to visit to really take it all in but having someone else drive was really the wise choice.
