Mike is an excellent tour guide! Friendly, knowledgeable, prepared, experienced. He also really knows how to use his voice well to make himself heard and understood without shouting. He has done a ton of research, and really leans into primary sources. Great experience!
Guide was very knowledgeable, and even came with bug spray. He had pictures from around Charleston and shared personal experiences.

We had a great time with Mike on this tour. It was our son’s first ghost tour and it had just enough spooky and interest to keep us talking our whole trip. A must if you are looking for a good ghost tour.
Just the right amount of creepy and historical to keep my kids interested. They even wanted to go find the haunted city jail the next day, which was mentioned in the tour but not visited. We were all a little spooked that night—a sign of an A+ ghost tour!
